Daiumi watched as the boat approached him, standing on the ice cap. The sailors on board had no-doubt heard the stories of this lonely outcast they called the Ice Demon. Too late did they notice him, a boy in black robes stood alone on the ice. The ship tried to swerve, to change direction, but it was too late.

Daiumi barked a command, and the ice cap reared up, exposing what was truly an unforgettable and terrifying sight. For the ice cap was a huge monster, the one they knew as the Kraken or Devourer, which scoured the seas of Cloral looking for unsuspecting sailors to send to their watery grave. The terrified sailors, knowing that their small habitat was unequipped to deal with such a threat, started jumping out of the ship and into the ocean.

He felt no pity or compassion as the tentacles of the Devourer swept sailors and parts of the ship into its gigantic mouth. Those who tried to swim to safety were quickly picked off, leaving only a few to survive and spread the terror to the other habitats and the Island. Before Daiumi had become a Dark Signer to take revenge on the inhabitants of this world, over 600 habitats had sailed the seas. Now only 512 remained.

Daiumi was tired of this carnage. Sure, he could massacre a few thousand innocents, but what good would that do? He needed to eradicate the evil in this world for good, and that meant taking a trip to the place where he was born: the Island. Daiumi communicated telepathically to his huge companion, the only real friend he had ever had. Storm Dragon had abandoned him, it was his fault that all this had happened. He had cursed him with powers, powers that marked him as an outcast. Daiumi had imprisoned that unfaithful card where it would never see the light of day again.

"Set course for the Island, old friend. I'm taking a trip home." The massive icecap reared back down, and used its huge array of tentacles to propel itself at an alarming speed towards its destination. The citizens of the only piece of dry land on Cloral were about to get a nasty surprise.

OOC: What now?

IC: Dax comptenplated battling Gina, but decided against it and walked away.

"Sorry, but I've got worlds to fix." He bitterly replied, then opened a flume in midair, quickly yelled some unintelligible destination, then disappeared as the flume collapsed.

Daiumi stepped onto one of the Island's piers. He laughed. "Soon, the people shall cower before a new threat, a new Dark Signer. Daiumi, the Ice Demon!" He laughed as the terrified people tried to escape, but it was no use. He had created a giant Geoglyph surrounding the Island, in the circular shape of his Devourer. As he walked along the streets, Daiumi shot beams of ice at the people, freezing them solid. His hideous minions, the Icicle Zombies, swarmed around him killing all who came near.

Suddenly, Daiumi stopped. He had seen a familiar sight in the distance, one which filled him with anger. His parents' house. Quickly, he encased the building in ice to prevent his family from escaping, and started to walk towards it.

OOC: What's going on?

IC: Dax appeared back on his island retreat, was annoyed at the naivety of his colleagues.

He realized that he was using some of the energy stored in Solara, and taking away from humanity, but he was creating more worlds using that energy and the flumes that Saint Dane left behind were allowing other Travelers, which were more diverse aspects of their worlds, to spread more positive energy.

In essence, the energy he was using was being paid back in surplus due to the new worlds.

But his fellow Travelers didn't see that.

He was about to show them all how terrible things could be when he sensed a disturbance and a picture of frozen corpses walking amongst the living and terrifying the local populace appeared in his head.

He realized that someone else can tap into the abilities of Solara's abundant negative energy, which was what he used in most of his work, only using positive energy for the most important things.

He drew some of the negativity out of Solara to form a Flume in midair to the exact point of the disturbance and fell in.

A few moments later, he was facing the horde, Duel Device ready.

"Bring it on, corpsicles!" he declared rather cornily.

IC: Dax sliced through frozen zombie after frozen zombie until he realized that the creator of these creatures was making more of them, trying to wear him out.

Little did Dax's opponent know that, while Dax was right as rain physically, he was as bored as hell mentally. This was too easy, and, if he put some actual effort into stopping this guy, he would.

So, as he opened a flume to go work on a new idea he just had, he created what he called a "homonculus".

The homonculus was a construct of matter created in the likeness of its creator, and looked exactly like its creator, but was barely sentient and, when given a task, would destroy itself upon completion, returning most of the energy needed to create and run it back to Solara.

But it was risky, since it consumed a lot of energy to be created in the first place.

The homonculus received instructions on how to fight, and proceeded to complete its mission of protecting the locals.

Dax fell through the flume and ended up at a place that might be a good location for a flume in the near future.

He tanned himself as he walked out of the room into the blazing Egyptian sun and smiled, deciding that this would be a good place to connect.

OOC: Dax is going to connect Earth of 1000 BC, the time of Atem and the old Duel Monsters, with Halla. This new territory will be called "Geb", in reference to the Egyptian god of the earth.

Furthermore, the territory he is currently working on, LLadi'e, will be along, making the number of Territories 15 and the number of worlds 10 (Cybbtar counts as a dimension, and not really a planet.)

Therefore he will stop at that nice, even number.

BTW, you guys want to find out how a territory is made, don't you?

IC: The replica of Dax didn't respond, since it was created with no vocal chords, but it could understand human speech.

It simply turned towards Daiumi and charged towards him.

Meanwhile, the real Dax was about to link Geb up to Halla, when a mysterious presence appeared near him.

He turned to see a giant golden bird accompanied by a blue giant and a red dragon.

"HALT!!!" Ra commanded Dax.

"What Are You Doing To Our World?" Slifer inquired.

"You Will Be Eliminated If You Are Trying To Destroy Our Kingdom!" Obelisk growled.

The homonculus nodded, and a Duel Disk sprouted from its left arm.

Dax turned to the three gods, and bowed to them.

"Oh, great gods of Egypt, I mean you and your kingdom no harm! I am what you would consider a spirit, but a good spirit. I wish to connect your kingdom with many others, creating a vast network of goodness and light."

"Please, aid me in my struggles. Darkness falls on the kingdoms I serve, and we are at war with each other. Please let me create a guardian for your kingdom, so that he or she can aid the other guardians of the other kingdoms, and fight against the dark ones."

The three gods considered this for a few minutes, then opened up a portal.

"We Cannot Consider Your Proposal, Because The Decision Is Not Ours To Make." Ra replied.

A shimmering portal opened up near Dax.

"The Goddess Horakty Will Make The Choice."

Dax stepped into the shining portal.

IC: The homonculus drew, placed a face-down card, then Normal Summoned Koa'ki Meiru Drago in Attack Mode.

The dragon then froze over and turned zombie-like, but attacked.

OOC: Gonna have to go.

The homonculus was shocked at the destruction of its monster, and simply decided that this duelist was of too good of a caliber.

And therefore must die.

The homonculus charged towards its icy opponent.

"Not again..." Daiumi simply raised a hand and the homunculus turned to solid ice. His Icicle Zombie Reindeer quickly charged forwards and shattered it into tiny pieces. "It seems I'm going to have to postpone the destruction of this territory for a while. It's time to find out who dared try and stop me." Daiumi walked through the flume, using the biological data of the destroyed homunculus to track its creator.

OOC: Back.

IC: Nefermery was working in the palace when she saw a stranger in guard's clothing. She knew all of the guards, since she had to pass through the gates to get to the kitchens where she worked, and this one seemed out of place.

And he was heading towards the Pharaoh's quarters.

Fortunately, she knew a faster way.

She ran down the corridors of the palace, and took the secret escape passage to the Pharaoh's room.

This passage was one of several that the Pharaoh could use to sneak out of the palace or escape parts of the palace that were under attack.

She appeared in the Pharaoh's personal quarters, his red, black, and gold hair contrasting with his royal purple eyes and bronzed skin.

To the teenaged Nefermery, he looked like the god on earth the pharaoh was supposed to be.

"Oh, hello." Atem was slightly startled at the servant popping out of nowhere. He then noticed the worry on her face. "What's wrong?"

"My king...I think someone is coming here to kill you!" Nefermery replied.

Atem was about to respond, but the doors flew open to reveal the strange guard holding a weapon that looked like the bows that the archers of the royal army used, but smaller and on some sort of strange mechanism.

What the assassin had was a small crossbow, a weapon that wouldn't be invented for several centuries in what would be China on Second Earth, and another millenium after that in Europe.

But what did matter was that he fired it.

Nefermery quickly shoved the Pharaoh out of the way, and screamed as the crossbolt delivered its deadly load of poison directly into her heart. The scream alerted the guards nearby, and they tried to capture the assassin before he could get away.

The assassin fled, him and his weapon not native to this time, and were never seen again for many millenia.

Nefermery lay on the floor, dying, as Atem walked over, cradled her in his arms, and whispered "Thank you" before she succumbed and died.

Dax was observing this from a mirror-like surface inside of an endless room filled with white. Next to him was a woman clad in golden shining armor.

"Will this valiant young woman suit your needs?" Horakty asked.

"She has no family other than an abusive alcoholic former soldier of a father who uses most of the money she earns through hard work to buy more beer. She was picked out of thousands only for her good looks and quiet, submissive nature. She longs to see other lands, and is trying to earn enough to escape from the royal city."

"In other words, we have a soul who has intense nationalism, a longing to travel, and that no one will miss."

"Yes, she'll do perfectly." Dax grinned.

OOC: Bump.

IC: Nefermery awoke, naked, in a strange white room. She realized her nudity, but also realized she wasn't alone. A strange-looking man and something that had to be a god were staring down at her.

Her ears perked up in fright as the hairs on her tail rose.

Perky ears?!? Tail?!?

She felt the top of her head to find two fuzzy things that felt like cat's ears, and saw a large white-blonde tail in her field of vision, as well as white-blonde hair and pale skin.

"What happened to me?!?" she squealed.

"Nefermery, Daughter of Neferet..." Horakty started, "...you sacrificed yourself in the name of your Pharaoh. If you hadn't, he would have succumbed to the same poison you did, and would have never saved the world from darkness."

Nefermery suddenly had a vision of the Pharaoh battling a giant evil demon with the Three Gods.

"Am I...dead?" she asked.

"Yes, my child. You are."

Daiumi leaped through the flume, landing in some sort of desert. "Strange... I've never seen this territory before" he thought. Two giant Icicle Zombie Werewolves materialised by his side.

"This person, he obviously has strong powers. It will be difficult, if not impossible to locate him using conventional methods. But if I can create a disturbance, he will come running straight into my trap." Smiling, Daiumi started walking towards the great city of Kai-Ro and the Pharoah's palace.

OOC: Daiumi is causing havoc across various territories, Dax is creating a territory based on Ancient Egypt, and we have a new Traveler: Bast, the Traveler of Geb, the new territory.

IC: Horakty and Dax explained to Bast, Nefermery's new name, the concept of being a Traveler and gave her thier blessing.

She received new clothes, and a golden Duel Disk similar to Abydos's from GX, then was sent on her merry way.

Which meant being dropped into a flume.

When Bast awoke, she was in Times Square on Second Earth, and was immediately overwhelmed by everything, and started to freak out.

OOC: BTW, here's Bast's app:

Name: Bast

Age: Recently Created

Alliance: Neutral

Territory of Origin: Geb (Uses Egyptian-themed deck, which has three certain Egyptian Cards in it...)

Bio: Bast used to be a servant girl in Atem's palace a couple months before the events of Yu-Gi-Oh! Millenium World. She saved the Pharaoh from an assassination, but died in the process. Horakty and Dax took pity on her innocent soul and "rebuilt" her as a catgirl with the ability to call on the Egyptian Gods, among other things.

She is quite timid and shy, but has a slight inquisitive side, and has a noble and pure spirit that only wants to help others.

Her deck involves cards from Pharaonic Guardian, Ancient Sanctuary, and The Lost Milennium that involve flipping themselves face-down. She also has some Rock and Zombie support, but not much.
