Step 1: Pick a Decktype of your choice. Any will do.

Step 2: Insist it's meta.

Step 3: Counter any claims that it isn't with "no it's definitely meta it beats all the meta decks every time if it doesn't for you you're playing it wrong so there".

That being said, B.E.S. are meta.

lol' date=' Speaking of Crystal Beasts, I see them run as much as BW, LS and GB here in my town, But eh, Most of the time they fall to my incomplete deck :P.

Well, when I've never lost with the current build, including against meta decks, it's a meta deck. Nobody recognizes it as one because nobody has won any big tournaments with Abundance Control.

And about your deck, the only thing that can beat it is this.

~Deck~ 5

The instant you pick up your starting hand (whether either player has drawn or not) you check for Exodia. If you have it (yes, even before drawing, so no need to worry about decking out) you win. Him putting that Berserker Dragon in his 6 card deck means it will lose more times than it will draw against my 5 card deck.

Although effects can activate in the Draw Phase, and Exodia potentially can too, the first thing that happens in the Draw Phase is drawing, which occurs before any effect in that Phase. Your opponent can't activate an effect in your Draw Phase before you draw for instance. So, if you go first with a 5-card Exodia, you'll lose before you win. First thing that happens in the Duel is your Draw Phase, at the start of your Draw Phase you lose. So yours only wins instantly when your opponent goes first.

My Deck only wins instantly if I go first. Against your Deck, both Exodias would activate at the same time if I were to go first, which is a draw by the head's ruling. Every other time, you'd lose.

So, if it's impossible for your Deck to beat mine and possible for mine to beat yours, than logically mine is better.

Exodia aside, "I've never lost with this Deck, including against meta Decks" is an invalid argument, as you provide neither proof nor context. Both of which you'd need to convince anyone.

I run Zombies as you guys know. I doubt they're meta but, i like running them. I like taking advantage of SS'ing and LS just isn't my thing so zombies are the next best thing. With the right build zombies could probably get to be more of a Metagame deck than they are. I also like running anything toatally un-thought of i'm currently working on a Kick Man Beatdown Deck and probably some other things that throw old cards into new concepts. (BTW Kick Man Equip is pretty much Morph-Equip Powertool OTK with stall and bounce focuses.)

No. The instant a player gets all 5 Exodia pieces in their hand, even before drawing, they win.

You: *picks up 5 cards and realizes it's all Exodia*

Me: *picks up 5 cards and realizes it's all Exodia*

Outcome: Draw.

You: *picks up 5 cards and realizes it's not all Exodia, but a piece is missing and Berserk Dragon is there*

Me: *picks up 5 cards and realizes it's all Exodia*

Outcome: I win.
