Trade-In trumps this. But he meant to use a zerato that already used its efect and that other wise would be send to the graveyard... But yeah Trade in beats this... For effect LV8 or higher monsters, its just a no unless you B-Control a LV8 Synchro and use A-Draw but what are the odds of that working? Very minimal that's what.
