[spoiler=The Past]

It's the year 2020. A scientist by the name of Fredrik Caavalier discovered something quite interesting. It was a shock wave. A shock wave that was flying towards Earth. It would eventually make contact in 6 years. The affects if it hit? Chaos. Finding another planet to live on was the only option. So Fredik, he sent a scoutship to find another planet. This ship was indestructible supposedly, nothing could pierce it's metal armor. Unfortunately, that was not the case. During it's flight, something hit it and it was launched into Jupiter's center. As it passed the center, it was transported to somewhere else. Could it be another galaxy? The crew discovered a planet much like Earth. The majority of the planet was covered in water, with the rest covered in land. It was constantly raining, giving the planet a gloomy appearance. As the ship got closer to the planet, an unknown 'force field' blocked them from entering it's atmosphere. Sending the information back to Fredrik and his team, they sketched out a ship that could pierce the barrier. Dubbed 'The Lancer' it was basically a large lance, the tip, a large stabbing mechanism. The rest resembled other ships of that era. Several other ships were created, and the fleet was prepared. A month before the shock wave hit, the fleet was launched. It traveled towards Jupiter and they made it to the planet, now called Darck. As The Lancer broke through the barrier, the fleet landed on the planet's massive ocean. Several 'dome ships' had landed as well, and the fleet prepare for what was to come next. Dome ships were large domes that house entire cities or neighborhoods. They contained water, food, and animals. They were in essence, domed regions. However, in an accident, the Lancer sunk, leaving the Domes to fend for themselves. Eventually, they drifted and formed communities called Clusters.

 

 

[spoiler=The Present Plot]

These Clusters were equipped with several workers, one such group being divers. These divers scoured the ocean under them and found odd spires. These spires had strange symbols, and so the divers were prompted to bring them up. Cutting them half way, they showed the Mayor of that Cluster these spires. These spires were then stood up in the town, and were treated as statues. One day, a child about the age of ten touched one of these spires. As he did, the odd symbols on these spires disappeared. As the mother of the child pulled her son away from the spire in fright, she were set ablaze. The bystanders were confused, as after the blaze died down, the son was still alive. Scientists studied the child, and figured out that he had some sort elemental power. Most people just thought these scientists were crazy, and waved away that thought. However, it was true. That child had gained elemental powers. Naturally, people wanted this power. They got hired-guns to find this child. They did. Little did everyone know, there were more. With this, any spire found was destroyed. After all, elemental controllers would be too dangerous. That's were you come in. At the age of ten, you had touched one of these spires. You gained an element, and you were deemed an outcast. Of course you ran away, as you tried to learn how to hide your powers. Eventually, you had armed yourself with a weapon. Whether it was to defend yourself or to harm someone, you did. Soon enough, your powers were directed into this weapon. People soon couldn't tell whether you had powers or not. With this, you lived your life normally, until that day.

 

It's the 20th anniversary of the landing of the fleet. Those Elemental users, or Symbiotes, suddenly have control over their powers again. People are starting to notice, and you have only one choice. To escape the fleet, to make it to land. While you have recently gotten some control back, not all of it has returned. Your weapon is precious to you. If you lose it, you will end up dieing. So, what now? Will you band together with other Symbiotes and escape? Or end up dieing?

 

 

[spoiler=The Classes]

In your life, you have chosen a certain job that you will live as. These classes are essential in any group, as all have beneficial properties. The following are the ones you can choose from.

 

Mercenary [A honorable warrior, or a tricky bastard?]

The Mercenary class are the warriors of any group. Their brute strength makes them a must have in any group. Being the warrior like class, Mercenaries prefer melee weapons over any kind. Heavier melee weapons aren't as common though, as they prefer to be able to attack fast.

 

Weaponry;

Swords: Swords here are different. They are made from carbide metal found in the sea, and are crafted to look like medieval swords. However, the blade is coated with energy, increasing the cutting power. The hilts are faintly metallic. Swords posses a unique feature. They can shoot back to their owners when called on. This gives Mercenaries the ability to grab their sword back while still in a fight. The key is a metallic orb in the hilt of every sword.

Spears: All melee weapons are made in the same manner as swords, lazer coated, metallic hilt. They can also be thrown in a similar style as a javelin.

 

Armory:

Usually medium powered armor. Something light enough to be able to fight in, yet something durable enough to take hits.

 

Bounty Hunter [A silent hero, or a murderous assassin?]

Bounty Hunters could be compared as rogues. They typically wield light weapons such as knives, katanas(They're still in the sword class of weapons), daggers, and the occasional pistol. They are often quiet, and strike when the time is right. They prefer killing in one hit, as opposed to long battles.

 

Weaponry;

Katanas: Katanas, like all melee weapons, are made in the same way as swords. The only difference is that they're faster.

Knives/Daggers: The main difference between knives and daggers is that knives excel at long range. Daggers are better off for melee preferring Bounty Hunters.

Pistols: Although rare for a Bounty Hunter to use, pistols are quite common in general. They don't differentiate from modern pistols.

 

Armory:

Like Mercenaries, Bounty Hunters typically go for medium-to-light armor. They also like to add any gadgets at hand to them, adding odd effects.

 

Gunner [skilled sharpshooter, or feared sniper?]

Gunners are the ranged class, and use nothing but guns. Whether they use pistols, rifles, cannons, or rockets. Anything that shoots, they use. They also, however, use bombs and traps against their enemy.

 

Weaponry;

Pistols: Just like a Bounty Hunter, Gunenrs are skilled with pistols, and can often disarm a foe just by aiming for their hand.

Rifles: Rifles are the most common type of weapon Gunners use. The main reason being that they are highly customizable. Whether it's a lazer scope, or grenade launcher, anything goes.

Cannons: Cannons range anywhere from rocket launchers, to flamethrowers. They are the heavier class of weapons that gunners use. When used on a large group, they are quite dangerous, but a single target can often escape easily.

Rockets: Rockets are the heaviest of all. Rockets are only used against vehicles or large buildings. They can ether be shot horizontally or vertically, and have a large blast radius.

 

Armory:

Gunners use light armor as they can move faster in it, resulting in more hits.

 

Scientists [Friendly healer, or crazed alchemist?]

Scientists are the probably the most common class. They often reside in towns to heal the sick, and cure any plagues. They are incredibly intelligent, and can easily trick an enemy.

 

Weaponry;

Rectifier: Scientists use Rectifiers, which are guns developed for healing. The gun shoots a healing gas which when breathed in, will heal an ally internally. It can also heal wounds by simply touching the surface of said wound.

Chemicals: Scientists also use chemicals, which they usually modify to wound an enemy. They can then create chemical bombs, that when thrown will emit a poisonous gas. The gas can be modified by Scientists to fit whatever needs they may have.

 

Armory:

Scientists prefer robes or any light armor they can find.

 

Soldiers [Powerful guardian, or corrupted spirit?]

Soldiers are much like Mercenaries. They both use melee weapons, but Soldiers prefer heavier variants. They also use much heavier armor, and can take most damage being sent.

 

Weaponry;

Axes: Soldiers are skilled in using axes. These war weapons can cleave a building in two if used properly. They are, also, quite large. Often the length of a spear.

Hammers: Hammers are also commonly used, having the smashing force to cause a small magnitude. Hammers are made differently then every melee weapon. They are not lazer coated, and instead house a small orb in the center of their head. When the hammer's head hits the ground, the shock wave will hit the orb, causing a wide variety of affects.

 

Armory:

Soldiers prefer wearing heavy armor over all other types. Seeing as being able to take a full onslaught is quiet useful.

Name: Dominic Quint Jaeger

Age: 19

Class: Bounty Hunter

Bio: Dominic was one of the few to actually be born on the Lancer. It was when the Lancer started t land, that he was moved to a pod attached to the ship, and was sent out to join the other pods. His only family during that time was his father, but he was an engineer on the Lancer. Growing up, he practically forgot his father, and trained himself in the use of small arms. When he was ten, he came across a spire that was hidden in a large field. As he touched it, the symbols disappeared and he jumped back. As people watched, no one was able to get close enough to him since the wind was pushing them back. With that, he grew up to be a Bounty Hunter and lived a rather lonely life. It was until a certan slash managed to blow away a bounty, that he realized he had gotten his powers back.

Personality: Rather sarcastic when he meets new people. He will however sacrifice his life to protect his close friends.

Kaze - A large hunting dagger. Dominic can control wind with it, and can create large gusts by just swinging it around.

Tachi - A common katana, similar to Kaze Dominic can create small gusts and even a mini twister with this.

Name: Dr. Zacharias Amala

Age: 27

Class: Scientist

Bio: A scientist on board an agriculture dome. When he was young he was helping his mother in said dome. When he was exploring barefoot in a greenhouse, he found the spire, it was marked with an odd sigil. He touched it and the sigil vanished. Frightened, he ran back to his parents, only to learned that small shrubs had grown behind him where his feet had placed. His parents knew about the case on the other dome. His shoes were forced onto him and he was ordered never to speak of what happened. He kept his powers as secret as he could; but his power caused an affinity for plants, he almost lived in the greenhouses he coveted so much, until one day he touched a dying plant and it was rejuvenated instantly.

Personality: Very interested in researching new plants and animals, he can be easily distracted when new research can be found.

Imbued Weapon:

Pheromone Rectifier - Fires a seed that can produce a large flower that naturally produces healing pollen at a much greater rate than normal rectifiers. The pollen only affects those who do not bare ill will to it and its creator.

Creeper Bomb - Small test tubes that can be thrown as a weapon. When the seal is broken once the tube breaks, the seed in the tube germinates and grows at a staggering rate, capturing most people. Some cases of strangling have occured.

Name: Mandraeger Erklit

Age: 17

Class: Mercenery

Bio: Mandraeger was conceived on the Lancer, and she was lucky to have survived the Lancer's crash. She was born six months afterwards. Her father was a blacksmith, and her mother was a skilled swordswoman. She taught Mandraeger how to fight with the sword, and when she was nine, just before his sudden death, her father forged Bloodshed for her. When her father died from a suspected stroke, her mother could no longer bear to carry another sword and handed down Ivory to Mandraeger. A year later, Mandraeger touched a spire and discovered her blood abilities. After a freak accident involving her abilities, Mandraeger couldn't face to return home and let it slip out of control, so she ran off and has been living on her own since then.

Personality: She is tough and often hides her thoughts and feelings from others, until they are very close friends and she can trust them.

Imbued Weapon:

Bloodshed - this is Mandraeger's first and favourite sword and she very rarely uses it. It's really a falchion with a blood-red blade, bronze hand-and-a-half hilt, and the scabbard is crimson-near-black. The blade is sharp enough to make a long, thin cut.

Ivory - this the Mandraeger's main weapon. It's as sharp as Bloodshed, but the sword can be considered a cross between a longsword and a falchion. It's called Ivory because of the ivory-white blade and scabbard, and the hand-and-a-half hilt is a metallic gold.

Name: Yuri Volte Hyuga

Age: 25

Class: Soldiers

Bio: Yuri was born 4 years after Earth was evacuated. His father Ben Hyuga died of unknown reasons when Yuri was only three. His mother Anne looked after him till he turned 10, when she died of keeping him away from the spires. Yuri was found by an elderly woman who came past him with his mothers body; crying into it. She raised him fairly until she died of old age. By that time Yuri was 16. Yuri always thought that she didn't die of old age but a heart attack. Because the powers he gained scared her more then anything. After her death he ran away for safety. He aqiurred two spiked fist gloves that go on your knuckles to defend himself.

 

These gloves consumed his power and because of that he kept them close. During the time his power was contained he fell in love with a 20 year old woman called Alice Elliot. By that time Yuri was 22. They became to come close and eventually Yuri proposed to Alice, she accepted. But shortly after there marrige Alice was murdered by unknown assassins who were obviously payed to kill her. But who? Yuri still asks that question. Her death killed him inside and his rage grew, and his powers came back. Yuri realised that he would have to keep the gloves close to survive but thats not the only thing he keeps, he also keeps Alice's cross for good luck. Now forced to evacuate to land, can he do it?

Personality: Dark and likes to keep to himself. He can sometimes become cocky and judge to quickly and usually it takes a second attempt to get things right. But he is not the man to dissapoint as his words speak louder then his actions unlike some people.

Everything is perfect, but you have to have atleast one Soldier based weapon. I was going to make a class that uses Fist Gloves, but in the end had to scrap it.

'Twas a regular afternoon. It was raining hard, some dome's were open, so the rain was coming in. Dominic himself was not bothered by the rain, he actually enjoyed it. It calmed him in times of uncertainty. Now, where was he? Oh yes, finishing off a bounty. Standing atop a large rock, he viewed the target. He was nervous, he knew he was being watched. After all, he was running down a large hill towards a town, and behind Dominic was a large forest.

 

He wouldn't escape.

 

Gripping Kaze sideways, he jumped forward, expertly aiming for his victim's neck.

[Naimo]

Hidden in the forest behind Dominic, Mandraeger stood with Ivory in her hand, in a clearing big enough for her. She liked being alone like this; the environment was peaceful, exactly what she needed for a bit of practice sparring. She thrust Ivory forwards, then back-flipped while spinning her body through the air. She landed neatly on both feet and swung Ivory over her head twice, before jumping and bringing it down in one powerful strike with both hands. Her head almost bashed against the ground; she saved herself in time by slapping one palm onto the floor and pushing off a split second later. Flipping forwards, she landed on both feet and continued her routine.

Yuri ignored the rain. He hated it yes, but who really gave a damn. Alice would have, she would have made him wear a coat. But that was the past. Far in the past for Yuri, he had to stand firm and keep on walking. He had got over her death, but his thought's wouldn't stop drifting off to her. If anything, he couldn't keep her as a memory; he loved her too much. Yuri made his way through the pacing crowd quickly and swiftly, and anyone who couldn't be asked to step out of the way he knocked down. He sighed with a little grin as one of the many people he had knocked finally began to complain. It was a red head 16 year old who looked like a bag of sh*t that had rotten over for 6 months.

 

Yuri turned to face the girl after she pushed him and laughed. "Look sweetheart. You didn't want to step out the way so fine by me, I'll just knock you down. If you don't like it, tough." The girl pulled a smug face and launched her fist at Yuri. He quickly grabbed it and gripped it tight, making her yelp in pain. "Now now, thats no way to treat a decent member of the public..." The girl snarled back, "you can't say much!" Yuri laughed and pushed her to the ground. "I said 'decent' honey. You don't seem to fit in that catogory..." He then swiftly turned and continued to walk. The girl decided to follow him again but when he turned around to face her again there was a wicked flicker in his eye. The girl stopped and backed away. "crap, my power..." Yuri thought as he quicky paced away. The girl ran in the oppisite direction to obviously go and say something. But Yuri was confident nobody would believe her, not in her state.

Then it happened.

 

Boom.

 

Lightning struck in mid jump. It had struck a small shrub by his bounty. The small flash of light had given away his position, but Dominic simply smirked. After all, it was funner like this. The man gave a small scream and ran faster, mud being shot into the air by his running. Without wasting a second, Dominic twisted his body in mid-air, and slashed the back of the man's shirt. Landing infront of him, he pointed his dagger at his victim. His face was now lax, as if he was just a lazy ass-wipe. Steal caught in the fear of dieing, the man continued to run, unaware of the dagger.

 

It was over in a couple of seconds.

 

A stab to the neck, no struggle. That's what they would say. Police would look around, and most likely find Dominic's mark. Or, as he was called in the Bounty Hunter world, Fenrir. It was usually a sword with chains wrapping around it.

 

He probably would go tell his hirer after the kill, but instead, walked back towards the forest behind him.

Mandraeger slashed Ivory from right to left when she stopped. She could hear approaching footsteps. At once she sheathed Ivory, leapt and grabbed onto a low tree branch. She swung herself upwards, effectively climbing higher and higher up. She glanced down, wondering who it was that could be approaching. Her hand was on Ivory's hilt, ready to draw it if needs must be. She couldn't take any risks ...

He paused at the entrance.

 

Odd, someone was here before. Kaze was still in his hand, as he looked up into the branches. Without thinking, he forced some elemental wind into the blade of Kaze. He sliced several times towards the branches. The wind began to take shape, and several wind blades seem to fly upward, cutting the branches up. Knowing the person would fall down, he waited.

He had often hunted in these woods, and knew when something was up. Usually, if it was just a single person, he'd just kill him/her and get over it.

[Soul Legacy]

Yuri twisted around once more as he heard a flash of lightning. He began to walk back the way he came to see a man who simply had a smirk. "Cool a Bounty Hunter Symbiote..." He thought as he looked at the man who was walking into the forest. Usually Yuri would follow and would annoy them. But he in a way respected Bounty Hunters, so he left him. Then with a sigh he walked his journey again. Starting to get annoyed he kept getting distracted. Yuri continued to walk until he was stopped by a group of policemen who were accompined by the girl Yuri handled before. "Sir, we have a reason to believe your a Symbiote." They looked down at him and talked to him in a monatone voice. Yuri smirked and began to walk backwards. "Seems im gonna have to play with little rag dolls again. Shame, I feel too old for it.."

 

Yuri then formed a ball of fire in his hands and chucked it to the ground. It blasted rubble into the air forcing the police to move back. And by the time they could see again he was gone. They looked around and couldn't see him. But when they tried to look at each other he was right in the middle of them. This time equipped with fighting gloves. With a clenching of his fists Yuri hit the police officer infront of him, making him fall to the ground. He then kicked his leg out behind him, kicked the police officer behind in the gut. He then pushed his left arm out to the side to knock the coming officer down. And finally another punch to the final one. As they all layed on the floor growning, Yuri made a huge ring of fire around the officers and the girl, who was shaking in fear.

 

"See why I feel to old to play with you? Your to easy..." He chuckled as he stepped out of the ring and took his gloves off. "Oi!" Yuri turned to the call to see more officers running in his directions. Yuri rolled his eyes and sighed, then began to run. He had high agility and stamina, and swiftly made his way through the crowd; who like just before just knocked them down. All that he could see as an exit was either the forest or the tight allys. Yuri quickly took a glimpse at both and decided to do the forest, it would be harder for the officers to catch him that way. So with a cocky wave back at the officers he runned into the forest. And he lost them within a heartbeat.

"Urgh," was all Mandraeger could say as she landed on the ground. She was quick to react; she rolled herself up and in a flash Ivory was withdrawn. "I don't want to resort to being violent. Who are you?" Her eyes were narrower than usual; she hoped to avoid bloodshed, which was usually difficult once her power slipped out of her control.

"Me? I'm no one."

 

That was his usual response. It usually worked, people would leave him alone. This was not the case. As the raining picked up, with the winds growing harsher, Dominic struggled to stay balanced. Hearing screams, he spun around. A huge blaze surrounded the town. And it started to spread. The fire started towards the grass, and eventually began consuming it. The outcome was obvious. Ether the town would burn, or the storm would put out the fire.

Before that happened, they would most likely die.

Dominic turned towards this girl, and ran passed her, focusing on the dome's walls.

Yuri continued to run until he came to the bounty hunter he saw before and a Mercinary that he quickly guessed was also a Symbiote, but he wasen't sure. He scanned them to see that they definatly were not ones to pick a fight with, so he would try not to. "Whoa, sorry there guys. If any officers come there after me, so if you don't want a fight, I'll deal with them alone." Yuri took some breaths and waited for a reply, even if it wasen't in words. He ignored the screams and blazes from behind him. He knew he started it, so what was the point in looking.
