Sephiroth_The_Legend
Similar in a way to jowgen.this would definitely be limited.img is from YCM custom image archive.Lore:Pay 900 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases (this is not optional). Discard 1 card from your hand, destroy all DARK monsters on the field and decrease your Life Points by an amout equal to the number of destroyed monsters, by this card's effect x300. As long as this card remains face-up on the field in Attack Position, neither player can Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Special Summon any DARK monsters. If this card declares an attack, destroy it during your End Phase.
Blamonchesix
I like it. 9.5/10Though I think its OP when used against a pure DARK deck. (^_^)
herbie
was reading and thought it was way op'd but then i saw it's atk/defi reckon it's pretty balanced especially since it has next to no field presence
Moonlight Princess
I like it too, but it's a bit overpowered...The cost should be bigger.. Â And I think you can use this too:Â "Discard 1 card from your hand, destroy all DARK monsters on the Field. As long as this card remains in Face-up Attack Position, neither player can Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Special Summon any DARK monsters."Â Your OCG is correct as well so 8.5/
ragnarok1945
considering how many DARK decks are in use today, this is a killer. However the cost is WAY too small for such an effect...... 7.8/
Neo-MasterX
a bit OPed because you can stop any summoning of any DARK type monster but i like it8/
Sephiroth_The_Legend
any ideas on balancing it?
Necro Pheonix
WAY over powered. If used wtih DNA transplant, you can change every monster to dark, then destroy all monsters and summon that thing. Either add a bigger cost or make it a level
Sephiroth_The_Legend
hmm... thats quite true...what sort of cost did you have in mind?
Necro Pheonix
Well, either make it a 5-star or include about a 1000 Life Points cost
Big Lez
Drawback + OCG Correction^^This would balance it out. "Pay 900 Life Points during your Standby Phase (this is not optional). If this card declares an attack, destroy it during your End Phase." Good Pic!you wont get a ??/10 rating so far..

Datenshi Uchiha
As the close friend of a Dark World deck user i must express my dislike of this card. Though it is a very balanced and well made card. 9/
Master White
I giv your card an 8/10, because it was op'd. but I like it to, so that is why I gave you a 8 instead of an 7/10. Awesome card and pic.
Big Lez
just because it "was" OP'd ? ^^Â it isnt by now..thats what counts ;)
BIG ROD
its ok but i say dat cus it would destroy my deck8/
Zauls
Too small cost for such a powerful effect. This has OP written all over it. Theere are a couple of minor OCG errors but the OCG is still good. Pic is pretty nice.8/
Sephiroth_The_Legend
something like this is op'ed. against certain decks its a nightmare. in most light decks (lightsworn) it would be side decked.it would be limited anyways.but i appreciate the comments.
