Lore:

Pay 900 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases (this is not optional). Discard 1 card from your hand, destroy all DARK monsters on the field and decrease your Life Points by an amout equal to the number of destroyed monsters, by this card's effect x300. As long as this card remains face-up on the field in Attack Position, neither player can Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Special Summon any DARK monsters. If this card declares an attack, destroy it during your End Phase.

I like it too, but it's a bit overpowered...The cost should be bigger..

 

And I think you can use this too:

WAY over powered. If used wtih DNA transplant, you can change every monster to dark, then destroy all monsters and summon that thing. Either add a bigger cost or make it a level 5

Too small cost for such a powerful effect. This has OP written all over it. Theere are a couple of minor OCG errors but the OCG is still good. Pic is pretty nice.

something like this is op'ed. against certain decks its a nightmare. in most light decks (lightsworn) it would be side decked.

it would be limited anyways.
