Bengal
Sonoman's Code Effect: Activate only if there are 3 or more Spellcaster-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you must pay 800 Life Points to keep this card face-up on the field. If you do not, send it to the Graveyard. While you control this face-up card, the number of Spell Counters on all face-up monsters you control are doubled. When a Spell Counter is removed from a face-up monster you control, you can negate its effect to send 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field to the Graveyard. When this card is targeted by a Monster Card Effect, you can remove from play 3 Spellcaster-Type monsters in your Graveyard to negate the effect. *Image by me, not sure about it though. Can you give a scenario? I can't seem to get it.(No rating yet until my little brain gets it) :D
Bengal
It means that if a monsters effect is activated because a Spell Counter is removed, you can negate it, and apply the effect stated in this card. Scenario: You accumulate 3 counters on Legendary Flame Lord, and want to activate its effect. So you remove the counters, but you have this card on the field and apply its effect as a chain link. So LFL's effect is negated and this card's effect is applied.

Bengal
Thanks, I don't know how to do the "glow" around the monster/object in GIMP, so I did my best to replicate it. I'm glad you like it.
ragnarok1945
that pic almost looks like it's from Painkiller Overdose anyways the effect is balanced out, so this gets 8.9/
Bengal
I'm fairly certain that it's not, but then I've never played that. The original art was a photograph of an Armenian text, and it was just photo manipulated. I guess it is just a coincidence. Thanks for the comment. ragnarok1945
don't worry I've only played the game like once before the disc failed and I had to get another one, which I haven't installed yet. That's why I didn't suggest you to change the pic.
