That's why he was being all cautious and looking around. The blood on his lips was from the meal he had just had. I was told to make it enticing, so I just went with doing a vampire scene on a foggy night. Sorry I didn't explain why, I just felt like me typing why would take away from the reader's imagination of why he was being all cautious and what not. Who will be allowed to participate?: Anyone who applies but those outside of the club must be sure to be impressive with their apps. Not that we shouldn't be but if their apps are iffy then they shouldn't get in as we don't know how they RP. If a member's app is a bit iffy at least we know they can RP. Should warned members be allowed?: Just what Black said, strike one is fine. Anyone who has ever received strike two or higher should be excluded.
