(Very soon) EDIT: Here it is!PrathiDhavon Barph Dragon (Empowering [i.e. Power-Giving] Ice Dragon) [spoiler= Effect in Hindi (English in brackets)] Yeh card bhi maanaa jaathaa hai ek JAL gun card. This card is also treated as an AQUA type card. Ek baar prati baari ke dhouran aapke Mukhya Charan me agar aap yeh card niyantran par ho maidan mein, yeh card 'Cold Enchanter' me rakh sakhte hain, YA yeh UNION equipment le sakhte hain aur maidan mein mukh-oopar Yudhdh sthithi me rakh sakhte hain. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to your "Cold Enchanter" as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. Jab yeh card ek monster mein rakh hai is card ke prabhav se, tab voh monster ke 2500 points se ATK/DEF oopar kijiye. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, increase the ATK/DEF of the equipped monster by 400 points. (1 monster mein 1 hi Sangh monster rakh sakhte hain. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. Agar voh monster nasht ho jayega parinaamasvaroop ladaee ladte hue yeh card nasht karne ke bajaaye.) I do not think I will host another FL contest so if anyone wants to make one of their own feel free to because I will not scream COPY or anything. I couldn't get the other judges to respond so I finished this one myself. Congratulations to the winners and this time no special prize will be giving.
