The chances of getting a Ghost Rare are aproximately 1 every 13 booster boxes. 80 bucks is about what its worth give or take 5 or 10 bucks. Last time I checked, it ran for about $45. The rare Cyber Dragon from the DP4 set ran for about $160. I checked on Ebay, too. Even though Rainbow Dragon isn't the best card in the game, the Ghost Rare one is worth a lot mostly because of the odds of pulling a Ghost Rare.
