Choose me! look, you can have my 3 Crystal Seers for this card + 3 Raiza's, plus.... okay, take my whole Monarch Deck JUST GIVE IT TO MEEEEEEEE" UGH. Viera~Fran Posted December 4, 2007 Report Share Posted December 4, 2007 I think the most expensive cards that people are after are Destiny Hero - Malicious, Destiny Draw, Light and Darkness Dragon (no that expensive, but it might be hard to get from people :P), Card Trooper and Ill Blud because of them all being played in top tournament winning decks. I only have 2 Ultimate rares, Ancient Rules which I got in a Strike of Neos pack and Hammer Shot will came in a lot i bought from my friend that had 5 secret rares in it aqnd a bunch of super rares, alonng with Ultra Rare LOB Exodia the Forrbidden One. Last time I checked, it ran for about $45. The rare Cyber Dragon from the DP4 set ran for about $160. I checked on Ebay, too. The pricing system on these cards today is, well, how can I say it that won't get me banned.......oh, I got it. SCREWD! WHAT???? I HAVE 2 RARE CB'S FROM DP04! Is this the real price? The DPO4 Cyber Dragon, Ive heard 40 bucks and 100 bucks. When I first saw it, it was 25 or 30 bucks. Ive seen it for 40 bucks. Card Trooper Ive seen for as much as 60 or 65 bucks. THERE'S NO REASON TO SPEND SO MUCH FOR A CHEAP GHOST RARE. DEAL WITH IT. I even have a DP4 Cyber Dragon. And it's not that valuable. Here's my next statement: Certain cards are not always worth a lot because they're the rarest; they're only worth a lot because so many people want the card, not because it's rare, but because they need the card for their deck(s). Mr. Judgment Dragon Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 Its more difficult to build a Rainbow Dragon Crystal Beast deck than a Crystal Beast deck with Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder because Hamon is easier to summon in a Crystal Beast deck than any other deck and Rainbow Dragon, even though you dont need to Tribute for it, it still requires you to have 7 Crystal Beasts with different names on your side of the field or in your Graveyard. Believe me I know. Its extremely hard to build a Sacred Beast deck. I tried basing it around a Dark World deck because of Raviel, but the deck had 65 cards in it. It didn't work. No matter how hard I tried, I couldnt create a perfect balance for the deck. Besides, there would be no way for me to pull a Ghost Rare. Ive never even pulled a secret Rare from a booster let alone a Ghost Rare. I hardly ever pull an Ultra Rare card as it is. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
