I'm in to making bulleted effects lately.

 

Noyo, Maiden of Efflorescence

 

 

Effect:

 

When this card is Normal Summoned, you cannot Special Summon any monsters this turn. When you Summon a Plant-Type monster, Special Summon 1 "Weed Token" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 900) to your opponent's field in Defense Position. "Weed Tokens" can only be used as Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a Plant-Type monster. All Battle damage that resolves from a battle involving a "Weed Token" is reduced to 0. When a "Weed Token" is destroyed by battle, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:

- Gain Life Points equal to the Level of the monster that destroyed the "Weed Token" x200.

- Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Plant-Type monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position.

It's pretty good and well balanced. I just don't use plant type monsters so I won't know if it's effective though but yea nice job. 9/10

I think 3rd sentence should be These tokens cannot be used for a Tribute summon, except for Plant type monsters (or something like that)

 

and in any case they can still be used for synchro summon anyway, so that's good

To Kotaro: I didn't draw it, but the Fairy girl was sort of a render, and I just added the rest.

 

To ragnarok: Not to sound ignorant, but I think I have the correct OCG. It would be "The "Weed Tokens" cannot be used as Tributes." If I hadn't added a specific type of monster, but I think I need that since I did. Thanks for the comment though.
