for the first card's first effect you mean declare a MONSTER type. You can't summon spells/traps.

 

Not rainbow tokens, you mean rainbow counters (since you didn't say the stats of the tokens anyway)

second one is broken, badly......i'd run 3 copies in my Traditional Deck.

first one is ok. similar to array of revealing light.

third is good.
