When a Normal Monster is summoned place 1 "Vanilla Counter" on this card. You can remove all the "Vanilla Counters" from this card to destroy 1 Effect Monster with a Level equal to the amount of counters removed and inflict Direct Damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the destroyed monster. You can remove 4 Blaze Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-up monster your opponeent controls and inflict damage to your opponen equal to the destroyed monster's ATK.
