TAG
Lol, I read about that on Cracked about 10 minutes ago. I also need to master lucid dreaming. Otherwise, I'll never be able to play as Morshu in SSBB.

Felix Culpa
That's horrible, honestly. Sleep deprivation makes you see Deloreans that travel through time and white guys who aren't racist. o.O Honestly, don't.

Akira
Interesting, but I think it'd be very hard to adjust to. Psychologically, a sleep break marks the end and start of a new day for me (and probably most other people), so this technique would make it feel as if you're living in a 30 day week or something. Psychologically, a sleep break marks the end and start of a new day for me (and probably most other people), so this technique would make it feel as if you're living in a 30 day week or something.[/quote'] You're right. This month I used to sleep at 5 AM one day and wake up at 3 PM then stay awake the whole next day and then sleep at 3 PM only to wake at 6 PM. I had no sense of what the day was since I was used to sleeping like everyone else. That's horrible' date=' honestly. Sleep deprivation makes you see Deloreans that travel through time and white guys who aren't racist. o.O Honestly, don't.[/quote'] Its not sleep deprivation >_> It says "it requires a level of sleep deprivation." You lose the first 4 levels of the sleep cycle which aren't that important in order to jump to the 5th and awesomest one right away. You get about 2 hours of REM and feel more refreshed plus you get to stay awake more then the normal sleep. Day 3-10 are the gayest days you might ever experience since you feel like a zombie. Larxene
Oh, I've already been sleep deprived, so I guess starting something like this wouldn't be too hard. And as for losing track of the days, I personally don't care since I never leave the house anyway. =

Cyber Altair
Let me see if I understood this right: you sleep for most of the day but take 6 short naps in between? Yes, each about 30 minutes. I'm in 11th so I can do this even in school but since Summer is pretty much over I have to start during the winter vacation since it is a difficult routine to get used to. Every day that week, I took the pillow to a different class and went to sleep. xD It worked great until the last period of the day. I fell asleep, the bell didn't wake me up, my teacher decided since I had to nerve to sleep through his class he wasn't going to wake me up. At 4:30 (two hours after dismissal) one of the janitorial workers woke me up and told me to go home. xD
