Once per turn, you can discard any number of cards to place 1 Spell Counter on a monster(s) you control for each card you discarded.

 

This means you distribute counters equal to the number of cards discarded.

 

3 cards gets you 3 counters on field.

 

not 3 for every monster you choose to.

 

 

Oh, and bob3rt:

Lets see... Use Scapegoat(during your Opponent's endphase?) -> Summon this -> Discard 5 cards -> each monster you control gets 5 counters -> 5 counters' date=' on 5 monsters, thats 12,500 damage.

 

And in addition to Endymion's City..... that would just be rediculous

Part in bold is the problem.

 

Each monster you control gets 1 counter, not 5.

running joke around here is that it's magical exemplar's and night end sorcerer's mom.

 

since those two are capable of summoning this card extremely easily, you can see why on top of the art.

("hey mom! Lyla's being mean again!")

now the only question is, who's the dad?

 

she is quite the toolbox, has 2200 ATK, so it can deal some damage and won't be run over by simple level 4s.

it gets a counter when summoned, insuring at least 500 damage if nothing else.

 

you can discard any number of cards, not just discard your whole hand, so you can keep what you want.

 

it refuels/ charges up cards that need counters like breaker, citadel, dark val, etc. etc.

 

can otk late game so easily it's just funny sometimes to see people surreneder when I say,

"I summon magical exem.."

 

"I surrender"

 

since endymion has something around 11 counters most of he time. (hey eventualy they do draw bottomless and remember to wait for endymion, or I NEED to play chaos sorcerer, or lose.)

 

I like to pull her out whenever I can.
