Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 monsters on your side of the field from play. When this card destroys an opponent's face-down monster, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon any monster with "Liberator" in its name from your hand in face-up Defense Position. The Special Summoned monster is now treated as a DARK monster and cannot switch its Battle Position unless the opponent Special Summons a Level 7 or higher monster from their Graveyard to the field. In addition, if your opponent has more than 4 cards face-up on the field, this card gains 500 ATK points.

Right, you first of need to make low-levelled "Liberator" monsters or the first card is overpowered. (1000 LP is not much to summon a Lv.6). Either add a level cap or change it to a variable LP cost. The second one needs a destructive side effect to balance itself out.

 

And to be honest, I can't see the link between a "Doombringer" and a "Liberator"; they seem to be too different to be linked.
