The D. and L. Paladins (8 Cards added)

I know I said I'd stop making cards, but I had some ideas and acted upon them. These are, in a way, pseudo-member cards.

 

[spoiler=Backstory]

Once, they were heralded as the most heroic force ever to grace Japan, the Paladins. They were honerable, brave, and defended the weak. And then the darkness came. As the Phoenixes and Cimmerians rose in the Holy Land, the Paladins fell into the shadows and twisted creatures emerged. The Dark or D. Paladins.

Vengeful, malevolent and bent on destruction, they roamed the empire, slaying those they saw as unneeded until the light returned. Agartha forged the original Paladins in their own image; great warriors of light, the Light or L. Paladins. And thus, darkness fought light once again, in this twisted history of man.

Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 "D. Paladin" monsters. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls whose effect negates the effect(s) of Spell or Trap Cards. When this card is removed from the field, activate 1 of the following effects:

- Pay 750 Life Points to Special Summon this card in Attack Position.

- Destroy a number of Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls equal to the number of "D. Paladin" monsters you control.

Effect: As long as "D. Paladin - Yamino" remains face-up on the field, this card is also treated as a DARK monster. During each of your Draw Phases, select 1 Level 6 or lower Effect Monster your opponent controls. The selected monster's effect is negated until your opponent's End Phase. If this card is Tributed for the Tribute Summon of a "D. Paladin" monster, this card is treated as a "D. Paladin" monster.

Effect: This card is also treated as an EARTH Fiend-Type monster. Twice per turn, if a card you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you can pay 500 Life Points to negate the effect. During your End Phase, you can pay an additional 500 Life Points to destroy the card. When this card is destroyed, select and activate 1 of the following effects:

- Pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon this card in Attack Position.

- Destroy a number of Level 7 or lower Effect Monsters your opponent controls equal to or less than the number of monsters you control.

Effect: If you control fewer monsters than your opponent and you control at least 1 "D. Paladin" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During your End Phase, if a monster you controlled was destroyed by a card effect during your Battle Phase, you can Tribute this card. If you do, your opponent discards 3 Spell or Trap Cards from their Deck.

Effect: If you control less face-up Spell or Trap Cards than your opponent, you can Normal Summon this card from your Deck. Each time a Spell or Trap Card you control is destroyed, your opponent discards 1 card of the same type (Spell or Trap) from their Deck. Each time you activate this effect, Special Summon 1 "Kisaki's Raven" from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. When this card is destroyed, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon this card in Attack Position.

Effect: This card is also treated as a DARK monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, each time your opponent activates a Spell, Trap or Monster Card Effect, they pay 200 Life Points. As long as "D. Paladin - Kisaki" is face-up on the field, you can Tribute this card to destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card you opponent controls. If you control 3 "Kisaki's Raven" cards, you can Tribute all "Kisaki's Raven" cards you control to Special Summon 1 "D. Paladin - Kisaki" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Effect: This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

- This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster. During each of your Draw Phases, select 1 card you control. The selected card cannot be removed from the field, until your opponent's End Phase. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) This card is treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a "D. Paladin" monster.

Effect: When this card is Summoned, you can pay 500 Life Points. If you do, this card is treated as an Equip Spell Card. Equip this card to 1 monster you control. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) If the equipped monster would have been destroyed during your Battle Phase, this card is destroyed during your End Phase. If there are 2 "Signer's Demon" cards in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "D. Paladin - Signer" from your Deck.

Effect: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all "D. Paladin" monsters gain 400 ATK and DEF. Twice per turn, you can pay 100 Life Points to select 1 Set card on your opponent's side of the field. Pick it up and look at it, then return it to its original position. Each time your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card that was looked at with this card's effect, inflict an amount of damage to your opponent equal to the number of monsters you control x 200.

Effect: When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can pay 300 Life Points to destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card effect, you can Tribute this card. If you do, the activated card's effect is negated until your next End Phase.

Effect: This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 1 "D. Paladin" monster. This card's ATK is equal to the number of cards in your hand x 500 (Max. 3000). Once per turn, if this card is declared as an attack target, you can negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster. If you do, pay Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's Level x 200.

Effect: If this card is Normal Summoned or Set while "D. Paladin - Ranmya" is face-up on the field, this card gains 500 ATK and DEF, until your opponent's End Phase. If this card is destroyed by battle, destroy the monster that destroyed it and inflict damage to your opponent equal to this card's ATK.

Effect: This card is also treated as a FIRE Machine-Type monster. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a "D. Paladin" monster you control as an Equip Spell Card OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, the equipped monster is switched to Defense Position. The equipped monster can attack while it is in Defense Position. If the equipped monster attacks while in Defense Position, apply the ATK of the equipped monster for damage calculation. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

Effect: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a "D. Paladin" monster you control as an Equip Spell Card OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, the equipped monster can attack while it is in Defense Position. If the equipped monster attacks while in Defense Position, apply the ATK of this card for damage calculation. During your End Phase, you can Tribute this card and the equipped monster to Special Summon 1 "D. Paladin - Hitokage" from your hand or Deck in Attack Position. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

Effect: Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, Special Summon 1 "Shikaku's Assaliant" to your opponent's side of the field. During each of your End Phases, the player with the most face-down Spell or Trap Cards must discard an amount of cards from their hand equal to the number of face-up monsters their opponent controls.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "D. Paladin - Shikaku" and is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field. This card inflicts 200 points of damage to this card's controller during each of their Standby Phases. Once per turn, you can pay 400 Life Points. If you do, this card cannot be removed from the field, until your End Phase. (Damage calculation is applied normally.)

If your opponent controls 1 or more Level 7 or higher "D. Samurai" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. If you do, this card is destroyed during your opponent's End Phase. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can pay 600 Life Points. If you do, all DARK monsters on the field lose 300 ATK. If this card is in your Graveyard during your End Phase, you can add it to your Deck.

Effect: This card can only be Summoned while "L. Paladin - Tenshi" is face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can reduce this card's ATK to 0 to reduce the ATK of a Level 7 or lower "D. Paladin" monster your opponent controls by 500. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can remove this card from play to increase the ATK of a "L. Paladin - Tenshi" you control by 500, until your End Phase.

Effect: When this card is Summoned, you can pay 800 Life Points to destroy 1 Level 5 or lower "D. Paladin" monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, you can discard 1 LIGHT monster from your hand. If you do, it is not. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can activate Spell Cards from your hand during your opponent's Main Phase. If you do, pay Life Points equal to the number of cards activated x 500 during your opponent's End Phase.

Effect: During each player's Main Phases, put 1 Paladin Counter on this card (Max. 6). You can remove Paladin Counters to activate this card's effects. - Remove 3: All LIGHT monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF, until your opponent's End Phase. - Remove 6: Special Summon 1 "L. Paladin - Joufu" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing monsters. If you do, this card's original ATK becomes 1400. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, put 1 Paladin Counter on this card (Max. 2). This card gains 200 ATK for each Paladin Counter on it. During your End Phase, you can remove all Paladin Counters from this card. If you do, this card does not have to have its effect that returns it to the hand activated.

Effect: If you control a face-up "L. Paladin - Chizuru", you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. This card is also treated as an EARTH monster. As long as "L. Paladin - Chizuru" remains face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) Each time "L. Paladin - Chizuru" would be returned to its controller's hand, put 1 Paladin Counter on this card (Max. 3). For each Paladin Counter on this card, "L. Paladin - Chizuru" gains 400 ATK and DEF.

Effect: This card is also treated as a WIND monster. Once per turn, during your opponent's Standby Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points. If you do, during your opponent's End Phase, your opponent pay Life Points equal the total Levels of monsters your opponent controls x 100. During your End Phase, Special Summon 1 "Raiden's Ally" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Effect: This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, you can destroy a number of face-down cards your opponent controls equal to the number of "L. Paladin" monsters you control. If you do, you can only Special Summon once during your next turn.

Effect: Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points. If you do, during your Battle Phase, this card can attack again if your opponent has another monster on the field. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, Special Summon 1 "Paladin Token" (Beast-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 200/DEF 200) in face-up Defense Position. During your End Phase, you can Tribute 2 "Paladin Token" cards to Special Summon 1 "Yaiba's Wolf" from your hand or Deck.

Effect: This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Level 4 or lower monster or by the effect of "L. Paladin - Yaiba". This card can attack your opponent directly. Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, Special Summon 1 "Paladin Token" (Beast-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 200/DEF 200) in face-up Defense Position. While there is a face-up "Paladin Token" card on the field, once per turn, you can change the target of an opponent's monster's attack.

Effect: This card is also treated as a LIGHT monster. Any Battle Damage this card's controller takes is reduced to 0. When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Doragon's Wyvern" in face-up Attack Position. As long as "Doragon's Wyvern" remains face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. When "Doragon's Wyvern" is removed from the field, this card is destroyed.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "L. Paladin - Doragon". As long as "L. Paladin - Doragon" remains face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) When "L. Paladin - Doragon" is removed from the field, this card is removed from play.

Effect: When this card is Summoned, select 1 face-up card on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected card's effect is negated. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, during your End Phase, inflict an amount of damage to your opponent equal to the number of LIGHT monsters you control x 250. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove this card from play to prevent 1 face-up "L. Paladin" monster you control from being targeted by the effects of Spell, Trap or Effect Monster Cards, until your End Phase.

Effect: This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 1 FIRE or LIGHT monster you control. This card is also treated as a LIGHT monster. As long this card remains face-up on the field, When a LIGHT monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. During your End Phase, you can Tribute 1 this card. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of this card.

Effect: During the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, add 1 "Ekaki's Scroll" to your hand from your Deck or Graveyard. Each time you activate the effect of "Ekaki's Scroll", put 1 Paladin Counter on this card (Max. 1). If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 1 Paladin Counter from this card. If you do, this card is not destroyed. (Damage calculation is applied normally.)

Effect: When this card is activated, put a number of counters on this card equal to the number of cards in your hand. Once per turn, you can remove 1 counter on this card. If you do, select 1 Spell or Trap Card you control and 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. Remove both cards from play until your 2nd Standby Phase after this effect was activated.
