Jack walked along the labyrinth floor, running his hand over the stone of the wall. His head light [one of those wonderful marvels that look like glasses but have lights on the sides] illuminated his way as he walked. "This place is so huge I dont know how anyone could get through here." He spoke softly as he walked. It wasn't long before he made it to the next level. "Smooth sailing through calm seas right now...." His voice cut off, seeing someone dueling infront of him with a spirit.

"Well, it looks like you lose. Greedy Hoarder Demon! Attack with Avarice Mind!"

Spirit LP: 1300--->0

 

"That wraps that up nicely," Regilus remarked as the spirit vanished. He ran through the door that opened up...right into Daniel's campsite. Regilus decided to stop for the moment and rest. He had just blasted through the maze (figuratively, of course) and thought he deserved one.

"Hello there." Regilus sadi to Daniel as he settled down.

 

OOC: I'm assuming that the doors spit you into random places.

Jack slinked past the duelist and the spirit, who seemed to be unaware of his being there. Walking alittle further he was stopped by a voice. "Intruder..." Jack groaned. "Oh great, what now?" A spirit emerged before him. "To proceed further, you must defeat me." Jack nodded and adjusted his glasses. "So be it..... Lets duel!" With that jack activated his duel disk, getting ready for the first duel of his day.

Jack drew his 5 cards and looked at the spirit. "I'll take the first move." Drawing a 6th card, he looked over the cards in his hand. "Lets see. First I summon Hand of Nephthys in Attack Mode." As Jack played his card, the picture of the monster emerged. "For added measure I set 2 face down cards."

 

Jack's field: Hand Of Nephthys, 2 F/d S/t

Jack's Hand: 3 cards

 

"I'll turn the turn over to you spirit." And with that the spirit smirked, drawing it's own card. "I summon Armed Dragon Lv3 in Atk. Then I play the Spell card, Level Up. By tributing my Armed Dragon LV3 I can summon from my hand Armed Dragon Lv5. Now my Dragon, attack his hand!"

 

Jack waved his hand. "Reverse card activate. Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. By discarding my Upstart Goblin, i send your Dragon to the top of your deck." The spirit growled as he slapped down 2 Face-down cards. "Your turn mortal."

 

Spirit's hand: 1 card

Spirit's field: 2 f/d s/t

OoC: Oh no you did-n't. I think I get it now. 1 or more duel(s) per floor. What floor are people on. How many floors are there. Are the spirits [that wwe duel] duel monster spirits?

 

IC: Mez learned about the maz-contest-etc too late. He ran to the labyrinth and started running around. Trying to catch up to his competition he crashing into one maybe 2 walls. Wondering if this thing had an elevator his found some stairs. "YES!" Mez yelled out to no one. He started running but then suddenly he was pushed back.

A spirit called out to him, "If you want to pass, defeat me."

Mez replied, "Sounds good to me." Mez activated his duel disk.

"DUEL!"

"I'll start things off!" Mez called out, "I start by summoning DNA in defence mode and with it's special ability I can special summon Chromosone B (DNA). Chromosone B (DNA) is a union monster that can hook itself to any "DNA" card. I use its effect to attach it to DNA. I end with a face down."

Mez's duel spirit then appeared apperently trying to attemidate the opponent. The other spirit said, "I'm not afraid of you. I play Luster Dragon. Luster Dragon attack that microscopic pest."

Mez said, "I frogot to tell you. When Chromosone B (DNA) is hooked up to a monster it can't be destroyed by battle. So sorry." The duel spirit replied, "My turn ends with a face down also."

Jack nodded as he drew a new card from his hand. "I dont like the looks of your face-down cards, so what do you say we clear the field. I play the Spell Card, Giant Trunade. This spell makes all Spell and Traps on the field return to their owner's hands." The spirit growled but returned the cards to his hand. Jack smiled. "Now that I dont have to worry about anything stopping me. I summon my Flame Ruler. But he's not staying around for long. I use my Hand of Nephthys' ability. By offering him and my other monster...." Jack began as he sent his two monster to the grave. "I can summon my Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys from my deck." The large bird emerged in a a eruption of flames. "Phoenix, attack the spirit directly!" The bird took off, striking the spirit in a blast of flames.

 

Spirit's LP: 8000 ----> 5600

 

"I place my face down back and end my turn. Your move spirit."

The spirit drew its card, then returned his face-down cards. " Fine, if you want to play that way. I play my spell card Polymerization, fusing my Dark Magician and Buster Blader to summon Dark Paladin." The spirit laughed as the paladin rose up on his side of the field. "And with every dragon on the field and in the grave, my Paladin gains 500 extra attack."

 

Jack smirked. "You activated my trap, Torrential Tribute. This trap can only be activated when a monster is summoned. Its handy because it washes the field clean of monsters." A giant wave swept the field clear of all the monsters. The spirit growled as it watched Jack. "You're pretty clam fighting me when you lost your strongest monster." Jack laughed. "Just you watch."

Finn was looking a little worried now. He didn't have any stronger monsters in his hand, so he would have to draw one. "YES!" He got something even better. "Monster Reborn, get back his Vorse Raider [1900/1200] and then I'll sacrifice him, to get my 'Bardarex Force- Kyokami [2500/1000]! Attack and destroy his 'Unholy Beast'.

 

Finn- 3700

Spirit- 1800

*Time to unleash my secret weapon!* the spirit seemed confident that he would win, *Dark Man-Eating Worm [1750/1300] in defense mode! Then I'll equip it with Mist Body, making it unable to be destroyed by battle. Now all I have to do is wait.*

"Say what you will, you're going down. I summon 'Bardarex Force- Karasu' [800/1000] in attack mode. And because of her effect, we each have to roll a die." They both threw the die on the ground.

*5* the spirit said.

"6, perfect. 5 means you get to take any 1 card from your deck, but you have to discard the top 10 cards on your deck." The spirit obeyed, taking one card from his deck with a greedy smile on his face, then removed a small pile of cards from the top of his deck and placed them in his graveyard. "I got a 6, meaning I can take any Bardarex Force monster from my graveyard or out of play, and special summon it. So I'll take 'Bardarex Force- Rhinox' back, and then with the power of Polymerization, fuse Rhinox and Karasu into 'Bardarex Force- Ko Purotekuto Tori" [2150/3600]!"

*You done? My Dark Man-Eating Worm is still impervious to your attacks.*

"Yeah, I'm done."

Ooc well a few duels and me and colts are on lvl 3 you on 2 with everybody else

also i will now play as Seto Kaiba also when i do i will symbol with this {}

 

{Guards go into the labyrinth and take out all duelist i want those cards for myself.}said Kaiba yelling at his guards and for the first time in years puts on his duel disk "yes sir"was allthe guards could say {once i get these cards Yugi i am coming for you.}

OoC: I think we use the shows way of dueling with 4000 life points.

 

IC: Mez continued, "My turn. I draw. I summon Chloroplast and with it I can bring Photosynthesis to my hand. I play Photosynthesis summoning one Carbon Dioxide token and one Water token. Next I bring Chromosone B (DNA) back to the field. I tune my DNA to my Chloroplast and my two tokens. I synchro summon Cell Creature. Photosynthesis's effect summons one Glucose token and one Oxygen token in defence mode. I activate from my hand, Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your facedown. From my field I activate Formation Union to equip Chromosone B (DNA) to my Cell Creature. Cell Creature attack his Luster Dragon."

The spirit's life points dropped to 3700 and Cell Creature was all like "I'm so intimidating now." and did a head roll, but then the head fell off. It flew back on though. I end with a facedown.

Spirit- 3700

Mez- 4000

Hand- 3

OOC: Any spirit guy wanna duel? I don't want to duel myself...

 

IC: "Another duel? *Sigh* Fine." He said to the spirit. "Go."
