1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, destroy the monster that destroyed it. You can Tribute 2 WIND monsters you control to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard.

Not bad at all, off to a great start. =)

 

OCG looks to be:

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, destroy the monster that destroyed it. You can Tribute 2 WIND monsters you control to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard.

 

Needing to control 2 WIND monsters to Tribute 2 WIND monsters you control is sorta redundant, which is why you don't need it. ;) See Exploder Dragon for evidence of the "destroy the monster that destroyed it" part should you be willing to find it.

 

Set IDs can't have spaces in them, but they do have 4 character prefixes these days. Always. ;) So I'd use "IAMM" for "I am mysterious" or something like that. Circulation is sorta Unrealistic, so I'd use "LIMITED EDITION" or leave it blank.

 

It should be fairly balanced as its revival effect isn't much better than say, Dark Simorgh's, and it has a steep Synchro requirement.

 

Overall, a job well done. Adjust accordingly and it'll be even better. ^_^

You're getting a rep for all that. Also, IDC about Set ID and all that, it's just for dicoration TBH. I'll fix the OCG now.

Good card, I like the image and the OCG is now fine.

 

Kind of an overpowered effect, but I think the Summoning conditions somewhat balance it out, being as you would need 2 lower Level non-Tuners.

 

The only change I might make is to change the first effect to:

 

"Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls."
