This card loses ATK equal the ATK of the monster equipped to it and Gains DEF equal to the ATK of the Monster Equipped to it, When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, Destroy 1 card on the Field, and your opponent takes damage equal to the ATK of the Monster equipped to this monster.
