Luna Lovegood
That is not necessarily true, as the ones who are alive can go to the spell and trap card zone, and anyways, rainbow dragon is hard enough to summon
Sephiroth_The_Legend
hmm. if it was just the normal crystal beasts then it would be op'ed but as rainbow is involved it balances i believe. you would need a large amount of planning and execution to pull this off. i'd still use it regardless. :Di said it before, and ill say it again. good job. Zauls
Pic is overused, it is a bit UP because of the last effect and the summoning conditions. OCG is fine but it should be something like this to improve it further:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 7 "Crystal Beast" monsters with different names and 1 "Rainbow Dragon" you control. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each "Crystal Beast" card in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is targeted by an opponent's monster, your opponent must roll a six-sided die. This card loses ATK and DEF equal to the result of the die roll x 650 until the end of the Battle Phase. That would make it easier and not change the effect at all. Pic is pretty overused...8/
