Way too many Life Points to pay. It has a good effect though, because after your battle phase, you can re-do it again! But still, you should lower the cost... 6/10 for now.

i'd reduce the cost though. 3000 lp for its effect is a bit much. cos its your first realistic card its gets a 7/10

It is not underpowered at all!. It's effect is a requirement, NOT a cost. If your turn returns, that means you heal back 3000 LP. So the pay 3000 LP stuff means that you must have more than 3000 LP to activate this card. It's a perfect way to redeem after knowing that your enemy has a dimension prison or Flip monsters.

A very intresting effect, but lower the LP cost to maybe 500-1000 and then you have made a great card. Otherwise, I'd have to exchange the duel just to declare my Battle Phase again.
