Unions get support that anybody else would kill for, but they themselves are meh, mostly because they lack draw power.

if u are running unions the only ones worth playing are the XYZ machines

General support like what? Also, Dark Blade the Dragon Knight just isn't worth using, since using Dark Blade equipped with Pitch-Dark Dragon has the same attack, an extra effect, and works with combination attack.

 

Interesting' date=' so far, only me and you ever thought of this. But as Liljramos said, dont run this, run XYZ. Not to mention, you can throw in some heavy mech support for XYZ.

VWXYZ would require machine support to run well, and it wouldn't be so much of a union deck; though I could give it a try.

Using the same cards for fusions and unions doesn't work, I've already tried it.

Having cards in a union is better as the support (mainly Combination Attack) is what makes this deck work.

 

Generic machine support isn't enough to make me run those over what I'm running now as the current cards have secondary effects that XYZ doesn't.
