Picture is good, but there are a few OCG errors in the card.

 

For the monster effect, you said "inflict your opponent damage equal to the half of the monster", but what is it of, atk or def, its not clear.

 

Card is balanced but a bit bland.

I think this is better idk you might be useing the brand new OCG idk im not use to that and i dont hink others are too lol but its a great card like the Pic its EPic! 7.5/10

for highest card in your deck, you must mean top card of your deck

 

the spell and trap effects are OPed without a drawback, the monster one is bordering the OPed end too since it can be up to a 2000 burn

the effects are little too powerful and there's alot of grammar errors and wording errors. add some drawbacks (like paying LP or something) or change them around a little. the monster one is ok, not many people run too many high atk monsters or high def ones but even then. try and limit it somehow.
