DrGamer365
I was thinking about the monarchs, and thought, why don't I try to improve an already awesome card? And thus created the Trueborne rulers. All are based on the original monarchs; Mobius, Thestalos, Granmarg, Zaborg, Kuraz, Caius, and Raiza. Instead, the names are changed from _______ The ______ Monarch to ________ - ____Borne Ruler. I have the cards made, sans pictures, and will upload them when I can get on the computer I own that isn't really slow, but here's the general ideas: Only one Trueborne ruler on one side of the field at a timeCannot be normal summoned or set.Can only be special summoned by tributing one "_____ the _____ Monarch" equipped with "Monarch's Trial".Effect of tributed monarch becomes effect of Trueborne ruler, with a cost of a tributed monster.Field spells are possible, such as "[insert element here] Throne room" or "Ruler's battleground. So, flawed concept or good-ish idea? Link to comment

DrGamer365
I've already made the set, I just don't have pictures. Link to comment
CrabHelmet
The Summon Condition you have described is absurdly restrictive, making the mere use of these rulers are 3-card combo that still results in the user ending up being -1'd. From this, it appears that the rulers would be pretty much useless. Link to comment
