PakstraX
Cyber Twin says: "A FUSION SUMMON OF THIS CARD CAN ONLY BE CONDUCTED with the above Fusion Material monsters"Meaning you CAN' date=' in fact, Special Summon it from the Extra Deck. You just wont be able to Call of the Haunted it, since it wasnt properly Fusion Summoned. Rainbow Neos says: "[b']THIS CARD CANNOT BE SPECIAL SUMMMONED EXECPT BY A FUSION SUMMON[/b] with the above Fusion Material monsters."Meaning that you CAN NOT use a Hex monster. TC, your better off using cards like Primsa/Phantom of chaos. I guess you're right, but it is a thin line between the two

GraveHorizon
Quoted from Yu-Gi-Oh! wiki:"Fusion-Substitute Monsters can be used as replacements for Specific Fusion-Material Monsters listed on a Fusion Monster, as long as the other monster(s) used are the correct one(s) for the Fusion Summon. The Fusion Substitute Monsters are used as direct replacements when using "Polymerization" and "Fusion Gate" for a Fusion Summon. Fusion Substitutes cannot be used for: * Fusion Monsters that can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by removing the Fusion Material Monsters listed on it from your field, such as with the "Elemental Hero Neos", "Gladiator Beast", and "VWXYZ" Fusion Monsters * Fusion Monsters that state, "A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters'", like D.3.S. Frog or "Cyber End Dragon". * A Fusion Summon conducted with "Future Fusion". This is because Fusion Substitute Monster have no effect while in the Deck. * Fusion Monsters that do not specifically name their Fusion Material Monsters, like "Ojama Knight" or "Evil Hero Dark Gaia". o If the Fusion Monster has both specifically named and unnamed Fusion Material Monsters (like "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem"), then you can use a Fusion Substitute Monster, but only for the specifically named Fusion Material Monster. Like Normal Summoning monsters in face-up Defense Position. The rule book says you can summon in f-u Attack or f-d Defense, but it never said anything about f-u Defense, so people do it even though that method isn't mentioned. And I don't know who I dislike more: idiots who can't understand that you don't Tribute your opponent's monsters unless specifically told to; or sneaky-snakes who try to take advantage of the card's text while knowing that's not how the effect really works. Toffee.
I guess you're right' date=' but it is a thin line between the two[/quote']OBJECTION!Its not a "fine line", its that Konami makes some Fusion monsters easier to summon then others. And the ones that are harder, are usually the ones that have the most profit to them. Loopholes... It's what you must look for to master YUGIOH. -Elite duelistFunny' date=' how you cant [i']exactly[/i] get away with stuff like this in the World Champ games(unless you find a program bug: Stealth Union for example lets you take the Opponent's monsters)/at an offical tournament. Tempest Dahlia
No prob. pakstrax- Srsly dude. SRSLY. GH- Exactly. Arma- Those 'bugs' are telling you that those moves are illegal. "Loopholes" dosen't mean take a magnifying glass and look/ decipher the entire card text.
Toffee.
Arma- Those 'bugs' are telling you that those moves are illegal. Not true. Konami's lazyness in the Yugimonz games usually results in the players doing all the beta-testing. Oh, and Syrus in TF3 uses Stealth Union's bug-effect as well. So....
