Dark Mousy
Hydrochloric Acid + Cyanide Salt -> Table Salt + Hydrogen Cyanide. This Monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This Monster cannot be Special Summoned except by sending the top card from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, this monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's field. During your Standby Phase, send the top 3 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. The controller of this card take no Battle Damage involving this card. If you Special Summon this monster, you cannot Normal Summon or Set during the same turn. Enjoy!
hollowmaster999
The wording is confusing? Is this close?: "This Monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This Monster cannot be Special Summoned except by sending the top card from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard[.] This monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the Field. If you Special Summon this Monster, you cannot Normal Summon or Set during the same turn. During your Standby Phase, send the top 3 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. Your opponent does not take Battle Damage involving this card." Do you mean for your opponent to mill cards while they control the card? If so it should be "the controller of this card" where ever it says "your opponent", I think... Don't know what to rate it yet ?/
Dark Mousy
damn... to sleepy, forgetting things, I forgot sending..., damn. The other corrections aren't needed. It's from Lava Golem.
hollowmaster999
Oh, okay. damn... to sleepy' date=' forgetting things, I forgot sending..., damn.[/quote'] Lol. Okay, well it makes sense now, so 9/10. Looks great for rapid milling! EDIT: I checked, and what I posted as the fix is actually what Lava Golem says... I think it makes more sense for the Controller to mill cards, no? Not "The opponent" Idk, It justs looks confusing.

Bengal
Monster = monster Good card, I like the image and the OCG is alright. As mentioned it does have a pretty good mill effect, and it seems pretty balanced, but I would make the first effect sending a card from the top of your deck to the graveyard. 9/
ragnarok1945
not bad if it's taken from Lava Golem's effect, quite the effective deck drainer 8.9/
Archelaus
OCG FIX: This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned to your opponent's field by sending the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. During your Standby Phase, this card's controller sends the top 3 cards of his/her Deck to the Graveyard. Any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0. If you Special Summon this monster, you cannot Normal Summon or Set during the same turn. Better if fixed. 8/

Dark Mousy
OCG FIX: This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned to your opponent's field by sending the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard (The original effect was ok. It's from Lava Golem - Arc). During your Standby Phase, this card's controller sends the top 3 cards of his/her Deck to the Graveyard (Thanks - Arc). Any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0 (This is slightly better, but I found an even better way (from Yubel) - Arc). If you Special Summon this m(omg, I keep on doing that...-Arc)onster, you cannot Normal Summon or Set during the same turn. I made some notes.
