Milk-Chan Posted October 24, 2009 Report Share Posted October 24, 2009 Chaos monsters are basically monsters that are usually LIGHT or DARK, and have an effect that involves removing monsters from play. Your job was to make it less OP (compared to other contestants), and I restricted the options on that by limiting types and attributes. So it was mainly a picture, OCG, and Judgement based round.
