...Eh, not really. But, whatev's. I was going to suggest someone make this, but then I thought "Wait, this is good! I should make this!! So here it is:

 

4244oq.jpg[spoiler=Effect]Once per turn, you can destroy a card on the field OR you can negate the activation of a card effect and destroy it. You can remove this card from play to activate the effect of a card destroyed by this card's effect. You can activate this effect during either players' turn.

 

 

May be OP, but it's a good idea...

by drawback, he means you pay a cost.

say discarding cards, pay life points, tribute monsters....etc..

it depends on the card. ones with effects that activate once they hit the field should be high tribute or difficult to summon. ones that need to destroy monsters should have avg attack. etc... the best part of creativity is finding the right drawback for every card.
