Bloodrun
Who's them? African Americans? Did I say them? Look again. I said em, as in The President himself, if I were talking about the race I would have put a complete explanation as to why.

You'll get over it' date=' I think.[/quote'] Lol, you have no idea why I even posted it do you? He's president yes, he hasn't done anything to even warrant a Nobel Peace Price. If he got a NPP for becoming President, wheres the NPP for all the other Presidents? Nothing against the man, but he seriously hasn't done anything to earn it. Oh, and just in case your gonna say something about the fact that he is the first black president. The people voted for him to be president, where is their Nobel Peace Prize? I'm saying he doesn't deserve it. If it was the "people's" choice to give a person a Nobel Peace Prize, Obama wouldn't have gotten one, along with a long list of others who have received one. Now if Obama actually fulfills what he promised in his campaign, then of course he would deserve the NPP, but he hasn't yet, so he doesn't. Frlf
I think this is a good time to remind people. You don't apply for the Nobel Peace prize, you're nominated. Also, the Nobel committee even said that this is in regards to his ideals and the new direction American politics and foreign policy... he is pushing. That being said, yes he has a lack of achievements in world policy, but he didn't get the prize for that. And is still plenty of time for all that to change. It is rare that a person in such a respect as Obama has captured the world’s attention and lit a hope about a better future. His diplomacy is based on the thought that those who are going to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes which prevail among the largest parts of the world’s peoples. Throughout 108 years the Norwegian Nobel Committee has tried to stimulate exactly that about international politics and those attitudes which Obama is now the leading spokesperson for in the world. The committee will join around Obama’s appeal that “now is the time for all of us to take our share and responsibility for a global response to global challenges”. I love it because it he basically got it for pushing the republicans out of power. inb4baaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
