L2, as mentioned, not very competitive. the summoning condition also seems unnecessary when you have to remove a card + taking damage for using its effect. as for OR:This card is also treated as Warrior-Type monster while on the field and in the Graveyard. As long as this card remains on the field "Zombie World" cannot be destroyed. When this monster is Normal Summoned you don't control "Zombie World" you can add 1 "Zombie World" from your Deck. The ATK and DEF is this monster is x400 for every Zombie monster on the field. When this monster destroys a Zombie-Type monster by battle you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Zombie-Type monster in Attack Position(FROM ANYWHERE?). When this card is desroyed "Zombie World" is destroyed.After 3 turns you can discard 1 card from your hand to add "Zombie World" into your hand.
