Zkaiser
Lore: 1 WATER or FIRE-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card's Attribute is also treated as FIRE. Depending on the Attribute of the Tuner monster used to Synchro Summon this monster this card gains the following effects: WATER: If this card destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle, your opponent skips their next Draw Phase. FIRE: If this card destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle, your opponent discards a card.
ragnarok1945
don't make it divine type, and it still needs a drawback to balance this 6.5/
Eury
I think there are OCG errors but I don't know how to fix them. *ashamed* For the FIRE effect I was expecting a burn effect...I was disappointed. Still good though. For the WATER effect, considering it's ATK that effect is a bit OP'd. 7/10 Edit: *Points to Ragnarok's post* Don't make Divine-Beasts. Changed rate. Zkaiser
Since Obelisk the Tormentor is now an OCG/TCG card, the Divine-Beast type is a legal type.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
not necessarily.plus, this hardly resembles a god. OCG FIX:1 WATER or FIRE Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. This card's Attribute is also treated as FIRE. Depending on the Attribute of the Tuner monster used as the Synchro Material Monster for the Synchro Summon of this card, this card gains the following effect: WATER: If this card destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle, your opponent skips their next Draw Phase. FIRE: If this card destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle, your opponent discard 1 card. who would want to use FIRE is the WATER's effect is that broken. this + ojama trio = Broken.add a drawback or 2.6/
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Since Obelisk the Tormentor is now an OCG/TCG card' date=' the Divine-Beast type is a legal type.[/quote'] No. They are not. Not by tornament standards. Since this card would not be usable, there is no point in me rating it.However I will point out some issues. It is OP since it has utterly no drawbacks. Either way its a win win. Add a drawback. Also even if this card were not a divine beast it would probably be banned. Have you not noticed the ban trend encompassing the "Skip Draw Phase" effect cards? Most if not all have been banned. This card would be thrown to the wolfs even if that was not the case since it is a draw phase block WITHOUT a drawback.
Zkaiser
True, this card is broken by any means. But you are wrong about Divine-Beasts.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
no.they are not tournament legal.only Obelisk as a CARD is legal.the type never became legal.your right about it being broken. its like a yata that doesnt return to the hand or have to inflict battle damage. ♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
True' date=' this card is broken by any means. But you are wrong about Divine-Beasts.[/quote'] Fine. If we are wrong, enter a tournament and attempt to use a Divine-Beast OTHER THAN Obelisk. Then report what happens.

Archelaus
CORRECT OCG FIX:This card's Attribute is also treated as FIRE. If you used a FIRE Tuner monster to Synchro Summon this card, it gains the following effect: ●If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, your opponent skips his/her next Draw Phase. If you used a WATER Tuner Monster to Synchro Summon this card, it gains the following effect: ●If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, your opponent discards 1 card. It's a bit OP'ed with the Yata effect. Do not make Divine Beasts 8/
Jazin Kay
Divine Beasts are ok, but only in extreme moderation. Probably better fitted to a Pop Culture card, like Arceus or Zeus. I mean, it's not a fake type or anything. The TCG will even have a playable one in January.

Zkaiser
Hmm... The main reason why I made this card was to make a variable effect synchro depending on the Tuner's Attribute. How about this card using the same concept:

Thats by monster effect the monster cannot be Divine attribute originally or Divine-Beast. And until you go into a Tourny and try to use a Divine other than obelisk then your "proof" is easily contradictory.
