...*sigh* I guess I sound really preachy, but its one of those cards that was ridiculously powerful and literally, the only think keeping it from being banned earlier was its rarity. Once turbo pack 1 came, card was gone for good.

yes it is banned. that may make the value drop, but for ppl who play traditional (no banned cards ever, but only 1 copy of anything that is banned in advanced) this card has never lost it's touch.
