Well it entirely relies on what card hits the field first.

 

If Skill Drain is out first, they're probably gonna win.

 

If Judgment Dragon is out first, then Drain will lose.

I use to be a master of a Deck I entirely created called Skill Town. Uses Skill Drain and Geartown with AGGD with Trade-Ins and Beast Machine Kings and such. It gets rather lulzy when you have lots of beatsticks on the field. It was fairly good.

That's the point of any Skill Drain deck.

Slap out Beatsticks and make your opponent feel stupid.
