Well I haven't tested it that much, and when I did, Savior Star Dragon already attacked for game.

 

But the basic idea is:

 

2 REDRUM

1 Stardust Dragon or Red Dragon Archfiend

1 Level 1 Monster

1 Savior Dragon

 

Sync the Savior Dragon > Do whatever you're going to do > Watch your opponent's turn > Use both REDRUM to revive Savior Dragon and if the Level 1 Monster was a Dragon, revive that too > Attack > Repeat.
