[The Warden]

Team Rocket, Team Aqua, Team Magma, Team Galactic. All international syndicates for some for some form of global domination. Every so often, there will be a young mute prodigy who stops them, but what happens when there is no young mute to save the world? That's where we come in. We are the I.P.I, or the International Pokemon Investigators. We are an organisation of elite trainers and detectives of specialized fields who work behind the police to put a stop to crime. Rarely do we have high risk cases, but there is something brewing lately. As a member of this organisation, best keep on your toes. ~Commander Thelonious

Personality: Obnoxious is one word, Thelonious acts exactly like any commander of an organisation would, like a total dick with a heart of gold. He has no mind for failure, and after receiving bad reports, run for the hills.

Bio: Thelonious became commander of the I.P.I after the commander before him died in a raid on a Rocket warehouse. Though the crooks were brought to justice, Thelonious sadly took his commander's place. That was 14 years ago. He has gotten over his sadness, and is very willing to die, should it come to that. He has two children, Cornelius and Connie; both of which who work in the I.P.I coincidently.

Bio: He is the son of Thelonious, and as such joined the I.P.I when he was 18. He was mostly the coffee boy, but his talent for drawing got him a position as the crime scene artist, due to his unique eye for detail.

Bio: Always interested in criminal activities he used to be a part of Team Rocket and Team Galactic simply to understand what they were like, after being caught by both organizations he quit and joined The I.P.I with his knowledge of Criminal Psyche. Being able to place himself in their shoes he is used to find out the motives of the criminals.

Bio: Born and raised in Cianwood City of Johto. When Orange was 7 he decided to go fishing with some older boys who were visting from a village on the other side of the island (only one side of the island Cianwood City is located is shown in the games). As they were sitting on the beach, Orange got a bite on his rod (it was then "the accident" occoured). Orange was attempting to pull in his bite and when he finnaly managed to he found a large Tentacruel holding onto the end of his rod. In fear, Orange dropped the rod he was borrowing from one of the boys and the Tentacruel began to drag it towards the water. The boy he was borrowing it from grabbed onto it to stop the Tentacruel getting it and Orange gripped his legs to help him. A third person then dashed to help but tripped and pushed Orange right into the Tentacruel. The massive stings Orange received from the Pokemon gave Orange slight brain damage (this resulted in split personality). Oddly, the incident (instead of making Orange hate water Pokemon like many thought he would) made Orange love water Pokemon.

When Orange set off on his Pokemon journey he chose Totodile as his starter. After defeating the Pokemon League (Elite 4, Champion, Gyms) Orange took over the Gym in his home town of Cianwood (as Chuck had finnaly decided to retire).

After a few years and the amount of world-domination crazed organisations had increased, Orange decided he wanted to fight against the threat by joining the I.P.I. and gave leadership of the Gym back to Chuck's relatives (handing it over to Chuck's younger cousin).

Orange has now been working for the I.P.I for 3 years.

Specialisation: Crime scene investigation. Using Pokemon to assist in missions.

Bio: She was very young when her father took over the role commander, and so she always aspired to help him. She joined the I.P.I when she was 12, when she had first gotten her pokemon Miltank. She has remained coffee girl ever since, and takes great pride in that role.

Ever since that happened, he has felt torn and alone, and wanted nothing but revenge on his parents' death. Personality: It's pretty obvious what his favorite color is... Overall Gale is a quiet, kind, and a independant person. He's always thinking about what to invent next. Gale is also quite intelligent.

Bio: His parents are going to forever be in their house. They got hurt very badly in a car crash. They even almost died. They can still walk, but every step is just a bit painful. Gale took care of himself while his parents were in the hospital, and as a result, he is very independent.

OOC: Well, everyone is good.....very good. I guess we can start, unless anyone else wants to join.

 

IC: Thelonious was busy writing down a report in his office. There was a light rapping on his door and Connie entered with a tray of coffee and Moomoo. 'Hello daddy, thought you'd likea cup of coffee' she said brightly. Thelonious begrudingly put the pages down and stared at her. 'Yes, but in the office Connie, you call me commander. And when are you going to get rid of the ridiculous maid uniform? We don't pay you clean' he grumbled. Connie winked as she placed a cup down and poured the black mixture. A cup was given to Moomoo and she filled with milk. 'Thank you Moomoo' Connie said and poured it into the cup. 'You might as well pay me to clean, you're drowing in pages and pages' she replied and turned to the door. 'Before you leave, go tell Cornelius and Satoshi that I want to see them' he stated. Connie nodded and left with Moomoo.

 

Connie moved down two floors to an office marked with 'Satoshi Minase'. She gave a polite knock. 'The commander wnats to see you' she reported, then moved on.

Gerad & Delilah were both in the I.P.I HQ, briefing through old cases they had successfully solved. Gerad sighed. He still had shock feelings after his parent's death, and was in a state of shyness and loneliness. "HEy, Ger'! Cheer up, will ya?" Delilah said, smiling at Gerad. "......" was all Gerad commented with, and moved on to find a cup of coffee. "Always Mr. Sunshine..." Delilah sighed, and walked off.

[The Warden]

Connie passed Gerad and took a back look. 'Oh Gerad, would you like a cup of coffee?' she inquired. Moomoo chuckled lightly as she nudged Connie's leg. 'Stop it Moomoo' Connie said.

Gerad sighed a bit, and looked at Connie as she passed him. What's up with the damn cheerfulness? As an Interrogator, Gerad had to be this cold-hearted and almost unfeeling, not that he wanted to be like it, he just had to. "Yes please..." he said in a low tone. "No sugar please."

[The Warden]

Connie balanced the tray in her hand as she poured coffe into a mug balanced on the tray. With the pot of milk, she poured it to a dull brown colour. 'Here ya go' she said warmly and handed him the mug of coffee. 'And cheer up, you're bringing everyone down' she added.

Gerad took the mug without making Connie repeat herself. "Thanks..." he said, a slight smirk on his face, before he went off to the Interrogation Room, where he felt at home. Shortly after, Delilah met up with Connie. "Oh, hi Connie! How are ya today?" she asked with a bright smile. Nuts'n'Bolts was hovering next to her, making slight humming noises.

[The Warden]

Connie smiled at Delilah. 'Oh, I'm doing super. Daddy is getting all fired up at me for wearing the maid costume. I don't see the problem with it. It's comfy and perfect here, but life goes on. How about you?' Connie replied.

"Oh I'm fine, thanks for asking!" Delilah smiled. "Tech' stuff keeps me happy, ya know! Nuts' is doin' super as well, and Ricki is becoming pretty good at it too!" as on que, a Riolu was standing beside Delilah, and she smiled as she picked it up. "Aren't ya, little cutie?" she giggled, and cuddled Ricki a bit.

[The Warden]

Connie giggled as well. 'Awww, Ricki is such a little cutie. Also, when are you going to take your service leave to Sinnoh. I heard you can evolve Magnetons into Magnezones in a place called Mount Coronet. I;m sure you are overdue for one'.

"Yeah, I would need a MAgnezone. Cases these days become more and more advanced in the technological part." Delilah sighed, and held her head a bit. "Ugh, and it's giving me a headache..."

[The Warden]

Connie looked at her. 'Well, maybe you should have a lie down, can't spend the whole time gossiping, need to keep working after all. But keep up the good work' she replied. 'Oh yeah, would you like a cup of coffee?'

"Sure, but keep it de-caf..." Delilah said, and laid down on a couch. Ricki jumped up in her lap, and she smiled at her Trainer. "Good girl, Ricki." Delilah smiled, and stroked Ricki's head.

[The Warden]

Connie smiled and poured coffee from the same kettle into a mug. She passed the milk jug to Moomoo, who filled it immediataly. Connie poured milk into the mug and gave it a couple of spins with a spoon. 'Here ya go' she said and gave it to Delilah.

Delilah grabbed the mug and sipped a bit. "Mmm...thanks Connie." she smiled, and drank a bit. Ricki smiled as Connie, and stood up, bowing slightly as to say 'Thanks for helping Delilah'.

[The Warden]

'Daaaaw' Connie crooned as she petted Ricki. 'She's a proper cutey' she said and then walked off. Moomoo winked as she plodded off after her trainer.

Ricki winked back, and laid beside Delilah, smiling at her as she rested her head. Meanwhile, Gerad was sitting alone in the Interrogation Room. This was where he belonged, he felt. He wanted nothing more but to see the criminals he interrogated beg for mercy as he tortured them with Trance and Mind-Reader - his Gallade and Hypno - and give him the info he needed.

[Naimo]

June sighed as she ploughed her way through more boring, tedious paperwork. Being one of the very rare translators working for the I.P.I, she was often given piles of foreign documents and expected to translate everything in the blink of an eye. It was a horrible job, but someone had to do it. She was glad Deli and Char stayed by her side, sitting patiently as they sensed their friend and partner was busy with the tedious workloads. Finally, during the middle of a thick German document, June yawned and stretched as she could barely take anymore.

 

"I'm going to have a break," she said to herself. "Come on guys." She got up and at once Deli landed on her shoulder, hooting happily; Char just followed behind her, his lit tail swinging behind him. June decided to fetch herself some coffee; it was just what she needed to keep her awake through the remainder of the document.

Satoshi was having a hard time moving through his room, you could hear he was falling all over the place."ahh!" he said as a large thud was heard. The door calmly opened to show his windw was open, he looked like a mess Mimi was trying to hold in a laugh and Ryu stood triumphantly over his broken desk."Don't why I even thought I could win..."

[Naimo]

As June passed Satoshi's office, she spotted the mess through the open door. It was odd to think she and Satoshi had, by coincidence perhaps, the same Pokemon, but at a different level; while Ryu was a fine Charizard, Char was yet to evolve into one. It didn't escape her attention that Char longed to be like Ryu, after all, who wouldnt? Those powerful wing muscles and the ferocious narrow eyes, topped with the muscular chest and hind legs ... June quickly continued to move.

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

As June passed his office he gave her a fair warning, being a fellow Char-Trainer."Hey June...never accept an arm wrestling match with Char....those arms are skinny, but deadly." he just looked back at everyone else, pretty much having revealed that he got his butt whooped by his Charizard.
