[The Warden]

Thelonoius raised a confused brow. 'Boy, I have no idea what you are saying. But you'd best understand what I am. I am sending you both on an assignment to Johto. Apparently there have been reports of rogue battles in Goldenrod city. It is vital that you both go there, and deal with it' he stated.

 

OOC: Just an FYI, the I.P.I Headquarters is located on the Island of Fedox, which is south of Johto/Kanto and to the east of Hoenn. It is a medium size city, with ports that connect to each of the regions.

"Sir yes sir....but uhm....who's going with me?" he wondered he thought back as to who else he had called and guessed Cornelius "dang...maybe if I say I'll need coffee on this case he'll send Connie with us.....it's a thought right?" he thought to himself as he still did the gestures, making himself look weird.

[blue eyes pop]

Orange waited nearby, listening to the conversation.

A problem in Johto? I'm there... he thought to himself. The case of the missing Hoothoot and Noctowl would have to wait.

After a few minutes of walking around town Orange got to the beach. He quickly run down it, pulling up a Pokeball as he went and a beam of silver-white light shot out.

The light hit the water and Mantine appeared, floating there.

Orange hopped onto his trusty Pokemon and began to speed out towards Johto.

[Tortoise Kyle]

"Finished!" Tristan said as he looked over the fixed laptop. "Just a fried mainframe, no problem for us right guys?" His torkoal and poliwrath smiled with a look of achivement on their faces. "Well, maybe its time we get to go meet everyone." He walked down the halway until he came to Orange's office. "Anybody home?" he asked but the room was empty. The same thing happened with Satoshi's office. "Maybe we should go see the comander." he said as he walked down the hall even further.

IC: Gale got up. Everyone seemed pretty friendly. "Come Alakazam!" Alakazam popped out of his pokeball. Gale motioned for Alakazam to come. He wondered where he was supposed to go. A lot of people mentioned the commanders office. Well he'd better go there. Suddenly he saw a trainer, with a torkoal, and poliwrath. Gale walked up to him. "Do you know where the commander's office is? I'm new..." Gale waited for the trainer's response.

[The Warden]

Thelonious and Cornelius were both watching Satoshi's strange actions. 'So, it's just a standard investigation, takes some pictures, ask the locals right?' he inquired. Thelonoius nodded. 'Should you uncover something such as a gand war or undergrounf syndicate, you are to message headquarters IMMEDIATALY!'.

[Tortoise Kyle]

Tristan looked at Gale. "I'm new here too. Don't know where the commanders office is but this place is small enough to find it within the next hour. Oh, by the way, I'm Tristan, nice to meet you."

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"Sir yes sir! I'll go immediately!" he said as he ran out he got to his office and saw Ryu was sleeping and Mimi was baking some cookies." awesome...this is why I love you guys" he joked as Ryu just waved 'whatever' and mimi smiled."Well, we gotz a mission guys, get ready." he said as he grabbed a cookie, which burned his hand."we're going ooooooooooow!"

[blue eyes pop]

Orange leaned against the wall of a building in Goldenrod City, drinking a tall glass of lemonade with ice cubes through a straw. The sun was beating down on the buildings and the Magnet Train shot past in the back ground.

Infront of him people looked on in anger, fear and dissaprovement as two young men stood battling in the middle of the road. One of them was using a Nidorina and the other a Gengar (a ghost Pokemon in a busy street? He's just asking for a heavy fine. Orange had thought to himself at the start of the battle).

[Naimo]

"I hear you've got a mission," said June as Satoshi reappeared. "Well good luck, looks like I'll be stuck with documents for another week or so..." By now she had almost finished, but still had two other documents to go through. Deli hooted sympathetically, and Char just sat scratching his head with his hind leg.

[Tortoise Kyle]

Tristan walks further down the hall and finds June's door half open. "Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if you knew where the commanders office is." he asks june

[Naimo]

(OOC: I dont have an office)

 

June looked up at Tristan, who was stood by her desk. "Hello, you must be Tristan, I heard there was a new person coming, I'm June. Commander Satoshi's office is just there." She pointed to behind her, where Satoshi's half-open door leading to his office was. "If you don't mind, I'm sort of busy, but if you need help just hollar." She resumed translating.

[blue eyes pop]

OoC: The role play is based around Pokemon right? I've noticed a lack of Pokemon-ing, so anyone want to get their and my character into a battle?

 

Ic: The battling Nidorina looked weak. The fight would be over soon and Orange would be able to start asking questions. The Gengar sent up it's fist and charged a Shadow Ball and then let it fly at the Nidorina.

However, the Nidorina dived head first into the attack using a Horn Drill and there was a sudden explosion of bright purple light.

The fight was over. The Nidorina had somehow managed to force the move back at Gengar, causing it to faint at the last moment.

Orange was about to move through the crowds toward sthe trainers to question them, but it got extremely difficuilt; as the battle had stopped, it was safe for the crowds to walk on again.

Orange was pushed and shoved and had his feet stepped on. By the time he got to where he wanted to be, the trainers were gone.

""Well, if I need a translator I'll call you over June, okay?" he said as he walked through the door, Mimi and Ryu following."Okay...time to go kick some crime syndicate butt." he said with tons of enthusiasm. Mimi motioned along with him, but Ryu just kept walking along

 

00c:I'm sure once we get to the missions we'll be bombarded by pokemon, but yeah, I guess in the training grounds there would be tons of battles.

[Naimo]

"Thanks," June called back. "At least it'll spare me from this." She lifted up the documents, including the ones yet to be translated. She hoped he would need a translator; until then, she gave up entirely and headed off to the training grounds to let Char and Deli stretch their feet or wings. After all, it was only unfair they had to sit through her misery with her.

[Tortoise Kyle]

"Thanks" Tristan said as he left the room and into the commander's. "Uh, hello. I'm your new techy, Tristan, you said I should come see you."

Gale walked up from right behind him and stood beside him. "I'm a new officer." Then he turned to the person named Tristan. "Hello Tristan. I'm Gale." Then he turned back to the commander. "As you probably heard I'm Gale. Gale Tirakaru." Gale waited for responses.

Meanwhile, June was training Char in the training center, having picked him to battle against a Sandshrew. "Alright Char, use Ember!" She watched as fire shot out of its mouth and towards the Sandshrew took the hit but retaliated quickly as it spun rapidly straight at Char. The Charmeleon was too slow to dodge; June cried out as it slammed into a wall. In a temporary cloud of dust, the fire and ground Pokemon were lost. Suddenly the outline of the Sandshrew became visible in the light of flames. June's eyes lit up like the fire as she realised Char was bitting onto the Sandshrew.

 

"Fire fang..." said June slowly as she saw the Sandshrew weakly try to shake Char off but failed, eventually collapsing from defeat. Char toddled over and Deli dropped a bomb onto her, healing her. June kneeled down. "Char, you can finally do fire fang!" The Charmeleon responded happily, and stood back. "OK Deli, your turn." Deli hooted cheerfully and flew onto the arena, waiting for the next contender.

[Tortoise Kyle]

Woah, didn't see you there" Tristan exclaimed. He wondered when the commander would let him into the office. There was no answer when his torkoal knocked on the door wit body slam. "That is a very strong door." Tristan noticed "Well, he is the commander so nothing less is expected I suppose." And he kept waiting

[Naimo]

"I wouldn't bother if I were you," said June to Tristan as she returned to her desk, passing Satoshi's office along the way. "He's just gone on a mission. It is Tristian, no?" She looked at him, waiting for an answer, while Deli flew above their heads in circles and Char stood sensibly beside her.

It had been quite a while, but unlike Cornelius, Satoshi had taken the direct approach when asking questions and had ended up in an initiation for a low level gang, most were just misunderstood kids, so if he managed to not only get Intel, but also veer these kids at least out of the streets, he'll be happy...but first, Ryu had to prove his strength to their pokemon.

10 minutes before Satoshi's current situation...

Orange was wandering around Goldenrod, attempting to find more I.P.I. Agents. He had found several more battling people and had even managed to question a few.

Most were just annoying kids who wanted to make a title for themselves the dumb way instead of battling gyms like a normal person would do...

 

5 Minutes Later...

Orange had thought he'd seen someone he ussualy saw walking round H.Q.

He thought his name was Satrashi or something.

He had been with some kids and teenagers and by the Pokeballs with them they were presumabely Pokemon trainers.

Orange had decided to follow

 

Present...

Orange had lost sight of "Satrashi" and the others.

He occasionaly heard people talking that he thought might be them, but he couldn't be sure...

"okay..so to join I have to beat all of you...right." Satoshi asks the leader he wears a blue bandanna as a symbol of leadership, the leader is about 18 or so with quite a temper in his voice"If you manage to beat anyone your in...but your ranking depends on the person that beats you...." he responds, Satoshi smiles and replies"oh...okay...I get it now.....then...who's first?" a short kid, not even 11 stands up. "really....ah great...." he retorts as the kid sends out a caterpie."Oh boy......uhm...Mimi....you wanna take this?" she nods and steps forward. "Wormy, use Tackle" Satoshi Sighs"Mimi....just use confusion...." she moves out of the way and stares at the Caterpie intently, it bumps into the dumpster and faints."one down....."

[blue eyes pop]

Orange suddenly heard commands.

"Croconaw, let's go!" he said as he raised a Pokeball. A beam of silver light shot out an revealed Croconaw.

Orange and his trusty croco-companion then began to run towards the source of the noise.

After rounding a corner, Orange saw it.

Satoshi (Orange had remembered his name) and those other guys.

It looked like Satoshi and his friends were already battling, so Orange decided to do nothing for now and stay silent.

"so you've beaten the rest...now it's time for the best!" says the leader as he jumps down, Satoshi Sighs."really then...so let's see just how good you are...." he retorts as the leader throws a pokeball and from the silver light appears a Blaziken."Woah...this one may actually be tough" he looks back at Ryu."you ready?" he says to his Charizard though he didn't need to wait, he could feel the power from the Blaziken and was ready to fight."Let's go...Ryu!" Satoshi exclaims."Take them down Blaze!"
