Ice0h
New and emproved, pic, draw backs and all... This card cannot be activated if you control any face-up monsters with an ATK or DEF of 1500 or more. Negate the effect(s) of any cards your opponent contols. If a monster on your side of the field is destroyed by result of Battle, destroy this card. Once per turn during your End Phase you must Tribute 1 monster with an ATK or DEF of 1500 or less, if you cannot this card is destroyed and you take 2000 points of damage. Lord Smeagle
Great concept, but it's a too powerful in a stall deck. This + Gravity Bind = impenetrable defense. You can't have it negate ALL effects.
ragnarok1945
negating ALL card effects is too powerful without a drawback. You could just have your opponent discard or pay LP to bypass the effect negation or something 5/
herbie
it needs a cost to maintain itotherwise it is just way too powerful
