Concorde/Light Ho-Oh from PokeComunitee was working on a hack some time ago. He had a bunch of sprites from him and some other sprites. Now I don't know the exact artist of the sprites, but since you were just wanting to learn how to scratch a day ago, I doubt you were making scratches for a project that was started over a year ago.
