These monster are sealed within the jinchuurikis via a third jutsu and cannot escape on their own, the way a union monster would with its effect. Thus it cannot be union monsters. 2. I'm not gonna redo the effects caus' there is just not enough data on the different bijuus, and even tose wee do have data on dosn't add much more than strength plus the effects I've givin them.
