During the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, return it to its owner's hand. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up you can pay 800 Life Points to negate the attack.

Psychotic Translation
This card becomes an Equip Card, and equips to Pscho Calso-Knesis. The equipped monster does not have to have its effect that returns it to the hand activated. Also, while equipped, that monster cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. When this card is destroyed, the equipped monster is destroyed. When the equipped monster is destroyed, this card is destroyed.

Psychic Returner
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. If this card is used for a Synchro Summon and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 800 Life Points to return this card to your hand. When this card is returned from the field or Graveyard to your hand, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Psychic-Type monster from your hand. Any monster Special Summoned by this card's effect is returned to your hand at the end of your Main Phase 1.

The Psychotic Spirit World
Every time a Psychic-Type Spirit monster is returned to the hand, increase the monster's owner's Life Points by 1000. When a Psychic-Type Tuner monster(s) is removed from the field, you can pay Life Points equal to the amount of Life Points you would need to pay to activate 1 of its card effects to Special Summon the monster, ignoring any summoning conditions.

My vote goes for Zelda.

For starters, Zelda actually used different images, not images from already existing cards. Secondly, XzY, your monster's effect makes no sense.

When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up you can pay 800 Life Points to negate the attack.
So, you can negate an attack when it's Normal Summoned? You should have kept the "Normal Summon" part out from it. And you pretty much copied Krebons effect with it. The Trap card is mehish at best.

Zelda Hero 1 gets my vote, essentially for all the reasons Xander Royce and ?The-Riddler? voted for him; oriiginal pictures, the whole "Normal Summoned = No Attack" thing not making sense, etc.

Oh, just as a disclaimer, I do not condone the use or even existance of Tuner cards. And to be honest, I don't see the need for that specification, as neither of you played on it, with the exception of "if this card's in the Graveyard take it out" being useful for after a Synchro Summon.
