Naglfar

Recommended Posts

Naglfar, in Norse mythology, is described in the Prose Edda as a ship made entirely from the fingernails and toenails of the dead. During Ragnarök, Naglfar will be freed from the land and sailed to Vígríðr, the battlefield, by Hrym along with an army of jötunn. The ship will lead hordes against the gods in the last war at the end of time, before a new world will arise from the sea.

Discuss Naglfar.

You owe me ten bucks. xD

I figured it would be about the ship because I don't think you're dumb enough to post something about music in General.

This sounds quite interesting. This is the second time I have heard of Norse Mythology, and I heard of Odinball, but I couldn't find anything on google about it.

Though, I would like to learn about Norse mythology. Anybody got a link to some articles, forums, etc.?

Google can't handle Odinball, it's too damn MANLY.

But really, Odinball was first discovered by the wonderful people at the Youth Consultation Masses, who after researching strange wounds found on the bodies of... "bats", began to delve into this wonderful sport. They then discovered evidence in the various frozen tundra that exist in the ancient lands of the Norse people further indicating the existence of Odinball, and published their findings in a scholarly journal about a modern day Odinball derivative known as "Motocycle Baseball". It's really all very interesting to read their findings on the subject.
