.Requiem
Care to the post effects, the recolors sort of make it hard to read.

.Requiem
I vote card A, card B seems pointless. Everything about Card B is underpowered, even if you do get it out. I hardly doubt it would stay on the field for more then a turn. Card A seems more useful going by what I can read from the small text. It can work in a few decks. I am assuming 'Reborn' monsters just come from the graveyard, pretty obvious. The summon condition are nothing special if you ask me, maybe a little more to the summoning. Also WTF is a Mad Puppet monster?
Deustodo
Well, according to Creator, Reborn monsters are placed in the Graveyard when the Duel Start. And the card is not UP if in your first turn you summon Independent LV3, then you could tribute it to Special Summon LV6 in Attack Position in the same turn. .Requiem
If the Lv3 card is in your hand, except you still have a slime chance of having it in your hand.

DL
I'ma have to vote card A. Card B's recolor makes it too bright. The holo is good, but the effect makes it UP'd either wasy, cause all battle damage is halved. Creator's card is something I'd use, though. To-Chi
I, too, vote for Card A. It's effect is deeper, and so is more useful. Usefullness = Goodliness.

Sploda
Ummm, you got the cards backwards, and your vote is invalid. The first post says your reason can't be because its a fake type.
