Muluck
You can't cure a genetic disease. You have too manually alter the genetic gene. I have a brother with hemophilia. The severist one can have, trust me we would know about a cure if there was one. The closest they have come is altering that specific gene of a female with Hemaphilia so that her children-when she has them- will be born with the corrected gene, in which they can manipulate to populate for futher research.By the way, only Females can give the disease to their children. It is not passed down by Males.

Archelaus
Isn't Disease and Disorder different?
~RoBoTiClOvEr~
Yes, but Hemophilia goes like inbetween both disease and disorder.

~RoBoTiClOvEr~
This disease/disorder is instantly becomes low priority in research like what banned OMGAKITTY said before.
Mehmani
Didn't somebody in the UK royal family have it? The Georgian monarchs did, and they passed it on to Queen Victoria. It is somewhere in the Royal Family, probably, though it has faded over time. It's mainly due to inbreeding.
~RoBoTiClOvEr~
Yeah, it's mainly someone missing one of their Clotting Proteins that include Factor VIII or Factor IX or another Missing factor
Blamonchesix
I want to be honest with you. Shouldn't you be out there researching and finding a cure for this disease instead of ranting about how dangerous it is? Unless this thread is for collecting scientists in YCM to help find an antidote, I can't think of any other reason for this thread.
~RoBoTiClOvEr~
I agree with blamonchesix, after all this is a thread that we ONLY RESEARCH in to find a cure for hemophilia no describe it!
Muluck
I'm sorry I can't believe I didn't catch this before. Hemophilia is not a disorder, it is a Disease.
~RoBoTiClOvEr~
Well then it is a bleeding Disorder with a missing clotting factor protein and it is a genetic Disease which means you only get it at birthBelieve it or not, it is both
Dark
If they find a cure for it, more people on Earth will live, increasing the overpopulation we already have. Someone finds a cure? Kill them. That's minus one person, and minus a lot more since the cure cannot be released.

It just means that if you have Hemophilia and you get a concussion the chances of that beng life threatening is tremendously higher.
~RoBoTiClOvEr~
It ain't too deadly, but still it can kill a lot of people without proper treatment time.
