Frozen Judgment
Rules: Make a card that uses counters. The counters must be original and not already in the game! First to post their card is my opponent. I will post my card after I have an opponent. Voters must give a reason. Prizes: Winner: 2 reps from loser Loser: 1 rep from winner End date: When a contestant reaches 5 votes or on Nov. 6 at 5:00 PM central. Card A:
This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters you control when a monster attacks. Whenever a monster attacks, put 1 Punishment Counter on that monster (Max 3.) Monsters with Punishment Counters on them lose 200 ATK and DEF for each Punishment Counter on them. When a monster with a Punishment Counter on them attacks, that monster cannot attack for an amount of turns equal to the amount of Punishment Counters on them. When a monster has 3 Punishment Counters on them, put 1 Condemnation Counter on it. Monsters with Condemnation Counters on them are removed from play during the End Phase. Whenever a Punishment Counter or Condemnation Counter is put on a monster, put 1 Cruel Justice Counter on this card (Max 3.) This card gains 200 ATK for each Cruel Justice Counter on it. When a monster attacks, you can remove any amount of Cruel Justice Counters on this card to put extra Punishment Counters on the attacking card equal to the amount of Cruel Justice Counters you removed. Cruel Justice Counters are not put on this card at this time. Punishment Counters and Condemnation Counters cannot be put on this card. During your End Phase, if this card does not have a Cruel Justice Counter on it, reduce this card's ATK and DEF to 0 until your opponent's next End Phase. Card B:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "The Apple of Enlightenment". This card is also treated as a Psychic-Type. As long as this card is on the field, no other "Chosen One" monster can be destroyed by battle. Increase this cards ATK by 200 for every "Chosen One" you control. By discarding 1 Spell card, add 1 SMASH!!! counter to a monster on your opponents controls. When a "Chosen One" monster attacks a monster with a SMASH!!! Counter on it, increase the ATK of the "Chosen One" by 300 for every SMASH!!! counter on the target of battle, until the end of the Battle Phase. To-Chi
I vote for woohoo777. His card has less OCG errors, and I abso-funking-lutely love his card's effect!! <3 I would have voted for Milk-Chan due to the thing woohoo777 did with his card's name, but I just liked woohoo777's card a little bit more. Just a little bit.

Milk-Chan
Card A' date=' the effect is longer.[/quote'] The effect is longer? That's it?
Jolta
Card A' date=' the effect is longer.[/quote'] The effect is longer? That's it? And the effect is more interesting. I detect 1 OCG error on Milk's card, you forgot to Capitalize counter. Well, that's the importance of reading through your cards before challenging. So still Card A.
