Will prevent effects I don't want and allow the ones I do want)3*Gellenduo (Cannot be destroyed by battle, and with 07 on the field, cannot be destroyed by it's own effect. Helps bring 07)1*Asura Priest (Will not return to the hand when 07 is on the field, but will still be able to attack all of my opponent's monsters)2*Mist Archfiend (07 will negate it's self-destruct effect and I'll have an easy beatstick)1*Majestic Mech Goryu (Same that Mist Archfiend, but with trample/piercing)1*Majestic Mech Ohka (Same as Mist Archfiend)2*Giant Orc (Not a bad beatstick if it cannot activate it's effect)2*Jinzo (It's effect is not negated by 07, and will give my opponent even less options)1*Chaos Sorcerer (Running a lot of LIGHT and DARK. Maybe adding a second one)1*Sky Scourge Invincil (Most of my monsters are LIGHT fairies or DARK fiends, so this can work. Along with Jinzo it can create a pseudo-lockdown)2*Shiba-Warrior Taro (Cannot be destroyed by battle and it's second effect cannot activate thanks to 07)1*Honest (Adding more will turn it into a dead draw if it's effect cannot be activated) Spells: 16 3*Star Blast (I'm running a lot of high level monsters, this can help)3*Forbidden Chalice (Will help me with the monsters with bad ignition effects. Also, in an emergency, I can use it in 07 to allow me to activate the effect of Chaos Sorcerer)2*Double Summon (Helpful to get tributes)1*Heavy Storm (Staple)3*Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen (Running a lot of Fairies)1*Brain Control (To get more tributes)1*Swords of Revealing Light (Can help)1*Card Destruction (I see some easy dead draws)1*Smashing Ground (To NOT destroy threats) Traps: 4 1*Call of the Haunted (Staple)1*Solemn Judgement (...)2*Dark Bribe (Because I cannot use more SJ) Extra: Generic Side: 15 3*Beastking Barbaros3*Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast2*Beast Machine King Barbaros Ur2*Level Eater3* Skill Drain2*Royal Opression Still improving in the deck-building thingy. Could work, but I don't like the fact that your running a Deck that has beatsticks with negative effects and are mainly using 07 to counter those instead of Skill Drain. 07 is not good due to the fact it has to be Tribute Summon for the effect. I also don't like Invincil here. Couldn't say what to take out. This is one of those times where you have something, but its probably not going to go far. Have you tested it? What it really looks like is an updated version of that LIGHT deck that was releaesed in Japan, but never in the U.S. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
-Berserker- Posted November 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2009 Do you mean the Parshath Structure Deck?I haven't tried this, but I think it will work fine if I add ways to protect Angel. I know Invincil is not very good, but it can prevent my opponent doing almost anything if I play it with Jinzo and 07 (I know having the 3 on the field at the same time will be hard, but at least 2 of them can do a good job). The only other option I think to Invincil would be Spell Canceller, that doesn't require a tribute to work, but it's too weak; and Horus/Silent Swordsman would need to run at least 1 more card to summon them, and Horus would be still unable to activate it's effect due to 07. I think I need to test it a bit more but I noticed that each time I summon Angel 07 I win. I also noticed that Goryu+Valhalla is a very important weapon in this deck.
