Your opponent must discard 1 card." I wouldn't put it in one sentence, but that's just me. I'm not going to say the effect is too bland; an effect like that can go a long way. When this card is removed from play you can Special Summon 3 "Dragon" type monsters from your hand, deck, or graveyard. OMG!!!
