overall, the card itself is just as BS as DAD when it comes to LS (oh gee i wonder why)

 

and its not too BS against other decks, as your opponent needs the grave for it.

You've GOT to be kidding right? This card is exactly like DAD (Which' date=' I'd like to point out, is limited and is widely considered as super broken) except it's even stronger. It's easier to summon, instead of using your own Graveyard, you use your opponent's, and has more ATK (Even though it can't attack the turn it uses the effect.) A few OCG errors. Change it to "This card cannot be Special Summoned except if your opponent has exactly 3 LIGHT monsters in their Graveyard". Also, change it to it can only use its effect one per turn and lower its ATK.

 

So, it's [i']extremely[/i] OP, a few OCG errors, and pic doesn't match.

I said it wasnt OPd because i looked at it and thought it said "Exactly 3" exactly three would make it EXTREMELY hard to pull out because unless you were waiting from first hand with this card you are going to have much lower chance of getting it onto the field. Actually even with exactly it's still not hard to summon. Why do you think Tele-DAD decks were so broken?

Yes but if your opponent goes even 1 monster over this card becomes discard fodder for a lightning vortex. And TELE DAD was easier for people because they had to deal with their graveyards not their opponent's if you mess up you need to have dissapears or some other of the maybe 5 cards that allow you to directly manipulate the number of monsters in you opponent's graveyard. ALSO what if your running this against Black Wings. This thing starts as lightning fodder. I am agreeing with you that its OPd. But exactly three is requiring very good luck because if they go above 3. what are you going to do? Dissapear? I mean if they have 2 in their grave and then activate hand destruction and toss 2 light monsters you got nothing.
