This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by removing from play 1 Level 5 or lower LIGHT monster you control. When this card is Special Summoned, halve your Life Points. By Tributing this card, you can select 1 monster on your opponent's field with a Level lower than or equal to this card's. Take control of the selected monster.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by selecting 1 opponent's monster on your field and returning control of it to your opponent. The ATK of this card is equal to the ATK of the selected monster X 2. During your Standby Phase, you can discard 2 LIGHT monsters to add 1 LIGHT monster from your Deck to your hand.[/align]

Great cards. First is a balanced change of heart, second is not comparable cause it's a new, creative effect!

2nd card OCG:

The ATK of this card becomes equal to the ATK of the selected monster X 2

I thin it's "becomes" instead of "is", but i'm not sure.

9/10

First card: "By Releasing this card you control' date=' you can select 1 monster your opponet controls with a Level equal to or less than this card. Take control of the select monster."

[i']I hate to argue with you and all, but unless you can show me a TCG Card that says 'Release', I'm not gonna change it. As far as I know, that's only in the OCG.[/i]

Second Card: Seems good. Woulden't it have ? for ATK though?

I think it's OP'd though.

Yeah, I should change that. My bad. How is it overpowered, though? From what I can tell, the whole factor of having to get an opponent's monster, then find a way to get it back to their field, it's gonna put you at an instant disadvantage in some way.

Yeah, I think it is "becomes". I'm a little rusty with the Card Making, so I wasn't completely sure how to go about that. I'm gonna change it, though, so that it's 'becomes', thus allowing it work with cards that search 0 ATK monsters.

All seems alright' date=' the pic's and names fit and they support each other excelent. No OCG errors as far as I can see.

A 9.6/10

Thanks. Yeah, they were intended to sort of be used in unison with one another.

Awesome cards.

Great idea' date=' awesome effect. Awesome pic.

One thing I'm wondering though....

I didn't know they officially implemented the new OCG yet

Or are you just using that because you like the new OCG?

[/quote']

Thanks! What do you mean, though? I didn't use the new OCG.

Nvm, I was reading it wrong or something, sorry.

Lol it's regular OCG as I can see now.

It's op's because you are getting a guy with double the stat of the guy you just gave back. That doesn't like a disadvantage. All your really doing is making it so your not doing a direct attack with this beat I guess.

Didn't you say you were starting to make TCG-based effects more, now? Think about this. It's automatically gonna cost you something to get control of an opponent's monster, whether or not you use the actual combo that these two are intended for, which is a -2 in and of itself. And even then, you're not exactly getting a 'direct attack'. I haven't played in a while, but I assume Traps are still used, and there's tons that can stop this card. It's not like it's an instant field-clearer, anyway.

@Ragnarok: In my defense, I just returned after five months so I have no clue what's been used and what hasn't. :P

I don't get the whole OP'd concept you guys are saying, though. :|

I already told you my opinion on MSN.

Oh wait.

I didn't.

About fukken time you made new cards, Star. xD

I like these. The first one's pretty easy to bring out and as someone already said, it's like a balanced Change of Heart. The second is also appealing.

Overall, good job, nub. xD

These ARE not Spirit-type monsters.

All subtypes except Tuners have a specific effect requirement.

Hikari is the PERFECT anti-synchro monster. Severely overpowered.

I talked to Scott about that yesterday and he explained that' date=' lol. I just haven't had the chance to fix that yet lol. I thought the whole 'Spirit'-esque pictures and effect would be a good fit for them.[/i']

It's really not overpowered, like, at all. No one's been able to give a good reason and a couple of people have given good reasons how it's not. :| It takes a lot of setup to be useful and even then, it's mainly an attacker.

^: Toss RDA = 6000atk

Toss SDragon = 5000atk

Toss Brionac = 4600atk

And you're getting rid of their game winners with extreme ease. And gaining a monster, with intense ATK. Have 2+ of these in your hand, and it's likely game-over one way or another. Since it's Sending, and not trib etc; it's harder to counter. Kind of like... Super Powered Kuriboh.

Well you do need to get an opponent's monster first, which costs some card advantage in and of itself. I mean I do understand what you're saying, but it's not like it's an unbalanced card so-to-speak.

I like the evil twins motefe XD

A little OPed' date=' by the effects look, for the most part, like they would work. It would be kind of hard to play them together, unless you stack or have a "Control" style deck

8.9/10

Thanks!
