This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. You can discard this card to place 1 Vamp Counter on a monster you control. If that monster destroys a monster by battle, remove form play the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck. Once per turn, place a Vamp Counter on a monster you control. When there are 7 monsters with different names removed from play by this card's effect, Special Summon this card form your Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for each monster removed from play by its effect. Once per turn, Special Summon 1 of your opponent's monsters that was removed from play by this effect. Once per turn, you can select a Spell Card removed from play by this effect and use it as your own. Once per turn, you can Set a Trap Card removed from play by this effect. When this card is removed from the field, remove it from the game.

 

OCG corrections would be VERY nice, and give lots of critique. When I say removed from the game, I mean completely removed from the game, not removed from play.

had it not been for the last effect it would have been considered OPed. Effect is long, but certainly not the longest I've seen

Thanks Ragnarok. Changes made. I wanted to make the summoning idea very hard to perform, and very elaborate, so I made him ridiculously powerful. He is Drakula, after all. :)
